“UNBELIEVABLE! After 3 years of taking my truck to Autonation for a recurring issue with my power step, I dropped my truck off (2019 Ram 1500 Limited) after my wife suggested Elite Import, They call an uber for you, I get home, take a nap, wake up and it is fixed? Can this be true? Not only is it true and has worked from the time I picked it up without fail, but they also found the issue of why my brakes were causing a shaky stop. Repaired front brakes, oil change all in a day. Joey, Cory, and Zach are who I worked with here and they are all not only incredibly professional, but also communicative and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. I will never go back to a dealer after having such an amazing experience. I still cannot believe they fixed in an hour or so, what a large dealership could not in 5 or 6 trips over 3 years. “Brought my 2000 Ford expedition in for ball joints and tie rods also the crew found an oil leak which didn't cost much to fix and no one else found it and fiddle with blend door actuator got that working again.

“Called in traveling from AZ. Schrader valves in ac were not holding charge, o rings were flat. Mr. Z recharged and replaced all valves evacuated 2 times to correct leak. Added extra Freon out the a/c in working order in 3 hours. Mr z will repair free and charge for 3 months. I’ll go back. Unbeatable prices, service courtesy neatness efficiency top job well done.
