“Went to Davis for a second opinion on my 2005 4Runner. I guess that the shop I had been going to was trying to be very aggressive with the maintenance, recommending things that, yes, COULD be done to keep my beast running strong, but it was starting to get a little out of control. Davis told me to keep an eye on a couple of things but other than a few fluid flushes, things were looking great and some of the maintenance wasn’t as pressing as the other shop made it sound. Felt like a more reasonable approach. I want to keep up with maintenance, for sure, but I don’t want to go broke trying to avoid a car payment, know what I mean? I’ll stick with Davis for a while.”

“This was my first experience with Big Brand, and they were great! Everyone was helpful and they provided a ride to and from my home while they were replacing my tires. I told them that my good spare was on the car, but it was not communicated to the shop and my tire was mistakenly discarded. I was dealing with some medical issues in our family and it was several weeks before I realized what happened, so I felt partially responsible. Ken was nice enough to replace it with a new tire at no charge, which was really helpful and kind. Will go here from now on.”

“I have been to Tune Tech twice. The first time for an issue with my cars remote start, then for a low beam bulb. Both times Tune Tech fixed the problem in a timely, professional, and affordable manner. They even checked all of my lights, finding I had 3 bulbs out, not just one. I was glad I took it to them considering I'd taken my car for an oil change a week earlier to a different company who never mentioned that I had any lights out. After, Mason one of the workers, inspected my car he noticed that my brake pads were bad and gave me great advice on why I should get them changed right away. “I have been taking my car to Six Star for nearly a decade, and there is a reason why. Only time I ever tried to use someone else was when I lived in Frisco, and I instantly regretted it and promised myself to only take it to Alex (6 star) if I can, no matter how far the drive. Honest, reliable and reasonably priced, you won’t find a better mechanic to fix your Subaru. I bought the 09 forester I’m currently driving back in around 2018, and he did my initial inspection, cleared it, and has done work on it ever since.. and all it’s really needed is regular expected maintenance. I could not recommend this place enough. Inna is amazing, kind and just always a pleasure to interact with, and so is Alex! Love this place and these people. Do yourself a favor and only take your Subaru here, it will thank you!”
