“I have been going to this place for almost two years. They always do a thorough job in diagnosing the problem in my car. The communication is great and they always answer my many questions, especially since I really don't understand cars. I've been to mechanics where their quick answers never really address the problems. But, this place is just the opposite. They really care about fixing the problems the right way. I'm glad I found this place!”

“The staff was very friendly and transparent. The reporting my car was very thorough and they did a great job! I was pleasantly surprised by how fast my car was ready for me! They even provided me with a Lyft to and from! 10/10”

“Jeff and his shop provided a great experience! I reached out to put on aftermarket rockers on an M5 and Jeff met me the same day I reached out and installed the parts within the same week (and his team detailed the car without asking). Definitely a high end shop and highly recommend.”

“Above and Beyond!!!! I missed my exit heading south on I 25. Got off the freeway and realized I had my second flat of the day. So no spare and I was very frustrated obviously. Limped it to this Big O Tired. Avery was the young man working the front desk. I was in a little bit of a situation and he truly helped me out, and got me back on the road. It was close to closing time also. So I can't say enough about these men at this shop. They know what they are doing, they all have manners, and are hard working. I will definitely be a customer for life whenever I need tire service on this side of town. I really appreciate the help!!”

“JR was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I came to look ONLY, and JR's knowledge of what I was looking at, helped me make an informative decision to purchase. Steve, financial, was also friendly and professional and very knowledgeable and worked with Bellco so I could purchase the 2024 Toyota! Thank you both very much!!”

“Thank you for repairing my Lexus GX! It was pretty smashed up in multiple places, and Caliber brought it back looking like new. The repairs were excellent, and the attention to detail was amazing — you honestly can’t tell it was ever damaged. A special thank you to Madison, who was absolutely wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. She was professional, friendly, responsive, and kept me informed every step of the way. She made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. I highly recommend bringing your damaged vehicle here for repairs. They even finished up earlier than was estimated and I couldn't be happier. Thank you!”

“Agye Spencer has provided me with the finest sales experience I have ever encumbered upon a vehicle. When I called Greenwood, Agye picked up the call and has kindly answered and provided info on everything I've needed. It is also clear that Agye is backed up by fantastic managers - questions to the finance department have been answered swiftly, allowing me the best possibility in making a good decision. Outside of Agye, everyone I've worked with at Greenwood has been sharp and professional. They are also knowledgable about business auto loans. This is the finest Lexus dealership in Denver. If you need a Lexus (especially for your business) be sure to come here (and of note - I went to Stevinson, nice people, but I can confirm, your experience at Greenwood will be far smoother and efficient).”

“I took my mom car shopping there and we were impressed by the professional and courteous staff. On two separate visits our salesperson Daniel gave us a thoughtful and thorough walkthrough on our vehicle of choice and allowed us to test drive both an electric and a gas model. My mom was given a detailed demonstration of the features of the car she chose to purchase by the tech Hugo, yet unfortunately she later changed her mind about the car and we returned it under the Holman 72 hour grace period. We are very happy to have been offered this option and appreciative of their understanding since they agreed to accept the return without question or hassle. It was an exceptional experience overall and deserving of five stars!”
