“Lots of things to find at a bargain price (dog beds, winter hats, exercise equipment), this is a great spot to go for Christmas presents! A little sad TJ Maxx took over Sierra Trading Post (acquired in 2012, rebranded to "Sierra" in 2018) because it used to be only outdoors stuff and felt like a mini REI. But I can see the appeal and will probably come back for various things.”

“Hello,I would love to leave a review for Cecilia, Miranda, and the district manager (I can't find her business card after unpacking) of this lovely store. Last week, I was in Denver for business and in effort to pack lightly, I only packed one pair of boots. While I was getting ready for day one of my conference, the zipper on one of my boots broke! All of my outfits called for boots, so I went to Lane Bryant that evening (in a panic). The women at this store LITERALLY saved my trip. They found every single boot in the store that was my size. They literally held me up (as a woman in a larger body) in an effort to help me put on my shoes. Additionally, they called other stores to ask about inventory as well. I have never been treated with such kindness, care, and patience. I was a bit embarrassed that I needed so much help, but they were truly amazing in making me feel safe, comfortable and cared for. Thankfully, after an hour of shopping, they found me a great ankle boot. I was able to purchase the boots and wear them to my conference and presentation. In addition to that, the other pair of boots that I purchased online and paid for 1-2 day shipping came in after I went home and they went out of their way to ship that pair to me. What an amazing team. They truly blessed me... and for that, I pray that they receive many blessings as well!”

“This is the best shop to go to for cute clothes in Brighton, I love shopping here!! Every time I'm in town, I stop here, and they have the best selection. I got my birthday dress, and my nye years eve dress here, as well as some shoes. The dresses are beautiful, they are top notch quality, and so comfortable. The shoes were so amazing, and they had everything in my size, as well as a wide variety of other sizes! The staff are so welcoming and kind, 10/10 all around the store. “Took both my kids here and they both found very different things that they loved (band tees for my daughter and cute accessories for my son). They had a sale going on and so I was able to spoil my kids a little more than I was planning on. And to top it off, the cashier was very sweet.”
“Good company with cute clothing but do NOT get their credit card. I got it to save $20 ask to pay it off right there at the store the said they can’t do that (which I found odd as every other store I’ve been to can do that) they told me I had to wait for it to come in the mail. This worried for obvious reasons, well lo and behold I missed the letter for the bill. They charged a $21 late fee so almost as much as the amount due. Tried to pay online but the need the card number, which I haven’t gotten the physical card yet, if you talk to a person on the phone they charge you MORE to take your money so I did the automated service which won’t take debit and instead needs the routing and account number from a check. The automated system pauses frantically for around 10 second after every sentence or input so the whole process took stupid long to pay a quick bill. Lane Bryant please get with the time let people pay card off in store and take debit cards for phone payments.”
“Overall, I’m pleased with the service here until I get to the person behind checkout. When trying to get you to get their credit card they continue talking about it after politely saying no thank you a few times and once they get the final no become rude after that. There’s no thank you have a nice day, nothing. That has been every checkout person every time I’ve been in. I get that they encourage their employees to do that and I’m sure they’re incentivized for it but when someone tells you no thank you several times you don’t have to be rude.”
“First time ordering from Branded Image - they’re local to me and I needed some nice hoodies made to give to my clients. GREAT work - I’m 100% satisfied with the quality of the hoodies and the screen printing. The price was right and the quality was top notch. Staff are nice and kind but please have security personnel on both entrance/exits particularly this holiday season as I’ve witnessed retail theft happened today, the sensors went off but due to the law, staff has limitations in apprehending suspects. I work hard for my money and hate seeing these things in my backyard.”

“I had a great experience and had so much help in finding the right outfit. They even have a Soma store inside. The clothes are so pretty and love all the colors. They still have some embellishments on some tops and jeans but they have lots more without. The clothes used to be so boxy but not so much now. I feel they have options for every body type. I only wish the inseams were longer.”

“We bought our engagement rings here 3 years or so ago, purchased the warranty which comes with free ring cleaning. Brought my rings in to get a spring cleaning. It took about 15 minutes and they were sparkling. They also offered to send off but that process takes a few weeks. I could not be without my jewelry for that long. They also have a Sephora inside.”

“Don't be fooled, this is a multi-vendor market place for craft made and boutique items. We didn't realize how big it was until we entered the facility. Wow! I think we spent about 2 hours walking through the entire thing. Many unique and interesting items here as well as local made wares. I highly suggest this store(s).”
