“Can’t give five stars to phone customer service or other aspects of my experience with AT&T, but I will say the customer service staff at this store location (Highlands Ranch, CO) is exceptional- Garrett in particular. If I have any service or billing issues, I go to the store to resolve them. They’ve helped fix the problem- quickly and effectively- every time.”

“We were getting some supplies and ended up being hungry. I was with several people, so we ended up getting a rotisserie chicken and the pre-cooked chicken nuggets-THEY WERE FANTASTIC!!! Everyone in our group was raving about how delicious the chicken was and how they should have it more often. Just sayin', that was some delicious chicken!”
“I was shopping in the grocery section. There was an elderly man who seemed a little lost. An employee came over and offered to help. She walked him through his grocery shopping list and helped him pick out all of the items. Her kindness and compassion did not go unnoticed. I don't know her name, but it occurred this morning and she has gray hair in a low ponytail, and she should be recognized by the company for being a seller employee.”
