“Frankly, we thought good customer service was dead, until today when we net Aly. My wife and I went to the Highlands Ranch Verizon store to get my phone taken care of. We told Aly why we were there. He was so polite and patient with us. He answered our questions and did exactly what we needed done. We weren't there for a new phone this time but we will next time we go in. It will be soon (we both need a new one) . We will be asking for Aly. We highly recommend him. He's great!”
