“I made an easy same day appointment. Service center employees were friendly and professional. Facilities were clean and spacious. Waiting room had coffee machine, bottle water, and snacks available. I also noticed there's a play room for little kids, but I didn't take a look at it. Overall, it was a good experience.”

Just had a car there for some work and I ran into an issue with picking it up when done and they offered the possibility of bringing my car to me. Bottom line, the were more responsive than others in the area (3-day wait for the VW dealer and other shops), their work and communication was top tier, and the price was better than others in the area by about $50.”

“Came in at 5:45 because my radiator hose blew. The general manager brandy was very rude and wouldn't even look at my car just said he was closing soon and couldn't help me. Shelby and Issac came to the parking lot and helped me replace the hose. It only took about 10 minutes so I'm not sure why he was not willing to help me. Very disappointed in grease monkey but Shelby and Issac were absolutely amazing and deserve recognition for going above and beyond!”

“My husband surprised me with this beauty! Since we live hours away from Denver he negotiated the deal by phone, including a trade in, and had the who deal arranged before we went to pick up the car. We did have an issue with applying the bonnet stripes and Jeremy personally drove all the way to the mountains, picked up the car, and delivered it back so we would not have to make the trek again. “I went to autonation Subaru for recalls and they inspected my vehicle and said I needed a bunch of stuff done so I took it here for a second opinion. Jim lifted my car showed me what they said needed replaced (lca bushings) and explained why they didn’t. He was super nice and gave me great advice. He said not to do the bushings saving me a ton of money he also told me where to get my fluids done and when those actually needed done. He told me what to look out for on my car and more. Amazing guy I absolutely recommend this place. He did all of this for free. This experience gave me confidence that he doesn’t recommend work just to get business but that he’s an honest person that can be trusted with a ton of knowledge.”

“Wonderful place filled with friendly people. Everyone’s quite responsive and helpful. Though I didn’t get more than one estimate, it seemed fair and was one of the few shops recommended by the dealer. Night drop was convenient. The car was ready faster than I thought as well. I keep forgetting to slide underneath and make sure all parts were replaced. However, it was a pretty straight forward job, with two parts being replaced and no body work.”

“At 77 years old, I’ve been buying cars for a long time. I’ve seen a lot of dealerships and a lot of sales people. Schopp has a most unique way of selling cars and the amazing thing is it’s nothing more than common sense. My experience in buying my new Passport from Honda was exceptional. The salesman was extraordinary and the staff was pleasant. The physical facility is something to behold, and even if you don’t have the urge, you must go into the restrooms as never in your life have you seen a restroom in a car related business that look like these. I would highly recommend Honda and Schopp in particular and to be honest. I don’t know if there’s a better dealer around, I somewhat doubt it very seriously. They’re a team and every team has a culture and the culture at Schomp is amazing and they work together with each other not against each other. I sure hope I get to buy another Honda because I’ll be going back to Schopp but even if this is my last Honda it’ll be my best give it a go see what you think.”
