“UNBELIEVABLE! After 3 years of taking my truck to Autonation for a recurring issue with my power step, I dropped my truck off (2019 Ram 1500 Limited) after my wife suggested Elite Import, They call an uber for you, I get home, take a nap, wake up and it is fixed? Can this be true? Not only is it true and has worked from the time I picked it up without fail, but they also found the issue of why my brakes were causing a shaky stop. Repaired front brakes, oil change all in a day. Joey, Cory, and Zach are who I worked with here and they are all not only incredibly professional, but also communicative and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. I will never go back to a dealer after having such an amazing experience. I still cannot believe they fixed in an hour or so, what a large dealership could not in 5 or 6 trips over 3 years. THANK YOU ELITE IMPORT AUTO REPAIR! Family owned is the only way to go. Better service, care, quality.”

“Christian Automotive truly went above and beyond for my family. My daughter is stranded in Colorado and their team was so kind, patient, and understanding of the situation. They helped her with a shuttle back to her friend’s house while they diagnosed the vehicle, and then followed up with a very thorough inspection and explanation of what was going on.
They didn’t just throw random repairs at it -they walked us through what fixes would be best to get her back home safely to Texas, which I appreciated so much as a parent.

“Mike Hernandez is the best mechanic on the planet. I've been quoted high and ripped off (due to greed and/or ineptitude) at local mechanics and beyond more times than I'd like to admit, so I was fortunate to return to Broadway Estates Conoco and meet Mike.
Mike is honest, thorough, and super intelligent. He will find solutions other mechanics won't, and he'll even find past mechanic's mistakes. He is fair on price; I feel like I owe him lunch.

I ride the bus to and from Denver to Broadway Estates just to make sure I am seeing the best mechanic. We know car care can be stressful and expensive, and Mike is the exact opposite of bad mechanic experiences you've had in the past - He used a stethoscope to find a bad bearing on my 2006 Tundra after several shops failed to find the source of the noise, and he tightened up some work a local shop did when they told me they would fix the same noise. Mike is the best.”

I couldn’t get a hold of the insurance to see If the rental would be covered until Monday, so I called them and they waited around until I was able to get there which I really appreciated because I didn’t want to get stuck with another Bill. Everybody was very pleasant and kept me informed.”

This second visit they fixed a broken wheel stud and diagnosed and fixed 2 issues that I've been trying to fix myself for the last week. “We ended up buying a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek which was not on the radar when we first went to the dealership. On day 1 we drove 3 vehicles and eliminated others based on size and colors. We met with Jon Alvarez he was very easy and pleasant to work with. His knowledge and experience helped us with the final decision. On the other hand the Arapahoe KIA decision makers were not willing to make a decent deal with us involving our trade-in so we walked away. I had other offers for the trade-in and ended up getting $2600 more from them. On day 2 we did go back to the dealership with cash in hand and ended up making a deal; mainly because we wanted that car and liked Jon. The time it took to get the deal done was WAY longer than it should have been however. We spent a lot of time waiting for E-docs to be sent and for financing to be arranged. Jon did get me $600 + off the sales price for me and paid for my Uber to the dealership and got the car prepped for us. Overall it was a painful but a rewarding experience‼️”

“I was in a bind with a pickup I had just bought. It was Friday night at 4pm on a Friday. I suspected it was a water pump, easy fix. I called four shops ahead of EAS. Being unfamiliar with the area, I didn’t know who to call. They all said a 1985 was TOO OLD, no matter how simple my issue was. They turned me away. Then I called Mark at EAS on Quebec. He was fantastic! Happy to help with whatever my problem was, no matter what the vehicle was. He even followed up to make sure I made it home. I can’t wait to have a reason to work with them again!”
