“UNBELIEVABLE! After 3 years of taking my truck to Autonation for a recurring issue with my power step, I dropped my truck off (2019 Ram 1500 Limited) after my wife suggested Elite Import, They call an uber for you, I get home, take a nap, wake up and it is fixed? Can this be true? Not only is it true and has worked from the time I picked it up without fail, but they also found the issue of why my brakes were causing a shaky stop. Repaired front brakes, oil change all in a day. Joey, Cory, and Zach are who I worked with here and they are all not only incredibly professional, but also communicative and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. I will never go back to a dealer after having such an amazing experience. I still cannot believe they fixed in an hour or so, what a large dealership could not in 5 or 6 trips over 3 years. THANK YOU ELITE IMPORT AUTO REPAIR! Family owned is the only way to go. Better service, care, quality.”
“I had an amazing experience with Andrew, I went down to get a new set of tires. Installation was quick. Long story short I had installed the drag link wrong, so I took it off and put it back in properly. Decided since service street was closer I'd just have them alignment, the told me they would need to removed all front end components to make sure they were installed right before the would do the alignment. Needles to say I was pissed. So I took it back to big o tires, and they were more than happy to do it. I told them my story with service street in Highlands ranch, and work shocked at there attempt of blatant theft. BIG O did the alignment for free. 11 out of 10 recommend seeing Andrew down at Big O Tires on south University. They went above and beyond to make my experience as good as it could be. Thanks again!!!!”
“I took my car into Raceway Lube because I was having an issue with it & in less than 24 hours they had it fixed & ready to be picked up . Bob walked me out to my car to be sure everything was fixed & it was !! . He pulled my car out of parking spot for me & into the driveway .. They were very polite & respectful!!

“Christian Automotive truly went above and beyond for my family. My daughter is stranded in Colorado and their team was so kind, patient, and understanding of the situation. They helped her with a shuttle back to her friend’s house while they diagnosed the vehicle, and then followed up with a very thorough inspection and explanation of what was going on.
They didn’t just throw random repairs at it -they walked us through what fixes would be best to get her back home safely to Texas, which I appreciated so much as a parent.

“Mike Hernandez is the best mechanic on the planet. I've been quoted high and ripped off (due to greed and/or ineptitude) at local mechanics and beyond more times than I'd like to admit, so I was fortunate to return to Broadway Estates Conoco and meet Mike.
Mike is honest, thorough, and super intelligent. He will find solutions other mechanics won't, and he'll even find past mechanic's mistakes. He is fair on price; I feel like I owe him lunch.
I guarantee you will feel safer driving away from Broadway Estates Conoco, and you will feel like every dollar you spent was well worth it after Mike Hernandez works on your car.
I ride the bus to and from Denver to Broadway Estates just to make sure I am seeing the best mechanic. We know car care can be stressful and expensive, and Mike is the exact opposite of bad mechanic experiences you've had in the past - He used a stethoscope to find a bad bearing on my 2006 Tundra after several shops failed to find the source of the noise, and he tightened up some work a local shop did when they told me they would fix the same noise. Mike is the best.”

“I've been here 2 times so far after having really bad experiences at another nearby shop. This second visit they fixed a broken wheel stud and diagnosed and fixed 2 issues that I've been trying to fix myself for the last week. They found the issue quickly and resolved the loose parts at no extra charge. Everyone I've dealt with has been extremely nice and they provide great communication. “We ended up buying a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek which was not on the radar when we first went to the dealership. On day 1 we drove 3 vehicles and eliminated others based on size and colors. We met with Jon Alvarez he was very easy and pleasant to work with. His knowledge and experience helped us with the final decision. On the other hand the Arapahoe KIA decision makers were not willing to make a decent deal with us involving our trade-in so we walked away. I had other offers for the trade-in and ended up getting $2600 more from them. On day 2 we did go back to the dealership with cash in hand and ended up making a deal; mainly because we wanted that car and liked Jon. The time it took to get the deal done was WAY longer than it should have been however. We spent a lot of time waiting for E-docs to be sent and for financing to be arranged. Jon did get me $600 + off the sales price for me and paid for my Uber to the dealership and got the car prepped for us. Overall it was a painful but a rewarding experience‼️”

As it turns out, my radiator had cracked and due to the sensational service I received from Thomas and Lendale, my problem was resolved within two hours had an exceptionally fair price. “I called a bunch of shops on if they could help me with my srt4 passing smog until one directed me to style up. I called them and Strat picked up and he was soooo kind and helpful. Once he figured out my situation he told thru text a trick on how pass smog and then I tried going thru the test and, It passed no surprise to him! Strat is really helpful even thru phone so I’d give them a try no problem.”
“I dropped my car off on a Monday night and left my keys in the lock box. David called me Tuesday with the diagnosis, and the work was completed by early afternoon on Wednesday. They charged a lot less than another company was going to charge for the same thing. They also gave me a list of other recommended repairs and told me which ones were of higher priority. They didn't pressure me to do these other repairs immediately. I will go back to EAS for future car issues.”
