“UNBELIEVABLE! After 3 years of taking my truck to Autonation for a recurring issue with my power step, I dropped my truck off (2019 Ram 1500 Limited) after my wife suggested Elite Import, They call an uber for you, I get home, take a nap, wake up and it is fixed? Can this be true? Not only is it true and has worked from the time I picked it up without fail, but they also found the issue of why my brakes were causing a shaky stop. Repaired front brakes, oil change all in a day. Joey, Cory, and Zach are who I worked with here and they are all not only incredibly professional, but also communicative and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. I will never go back to a dealer after having such an amazing experience. I still cannot believe they fixed in an hour or so, what a large dealership could not in 5 or 6 trips over 3 years. THANK YOU ELITE IMPORT AUTO REPAIR! Family owned is the only way to go. Better service, care, quality.”

Bob walked me out to my car to be sure everything was fixed & it was !! . He pulled my car out of parking spot for me & into the driveway .. They were very polite & respectful!!

“I have been getting my car serviced at AutoNation Subaru for the past 5 years. As part of my car, I added on the service warranty that gave me 12 oil change/car inspections. I think that package was definitely worth the cost. Everyone at the Service center is so helpful and kind. They always provide you the list of services they recommend depending on car milage and are respectful of what work you want done versus what services you may decline. I think the pricing is fair for working directly with a dealership, but they do a great job with communication and getting your car back to you in a timely manner.”

“A while after getting my brakes, rotors and tie rods done at the midas on iliff, I had some issues. I limped my truck to this midas and they got it up on the lift and diagnosed the problem right away. My wheel bearing went out, which should have been checked previously, and damaged my rotor. They got the parts in that morning and had me on my way free of charge. These guys really know what they're doing and stands behind their work. I'm not taking my truck anywhere else from now on.”

“I dropped my car off on a Monday night and left my keys in the lock box. David called me Tuesday with the diagnosis, and the work was completed by early afternoon on Wednesday. They charged a lot less than another company was going to charge for the same thing. They also gave me a list of other recommended repairs and told me which ones were of higher priority. They didn't pressure me to do these other repairs immediately. I will go back to EAS for future car issues.”
“I've been going to Autonation Mazda (Arapahoe) for about 3 years for routine maintenance (fluid changes, etc.) and have found them to be very proficient. They're quick and do a thorough job checking out the car (CX-5) for any issues. $70 for an oil change ? The materials alone are probably $30 to $35, so very reasonably priced for a full synthetic oil change.”
