“Took my iPad here to get the charging port replaced. Turned out I didn't need the port replaced. It just had something jammed in there. Turned out being a cheap fix which was better than spending $150 for a port. Was very appreciative of the honesty.”

“I had to leave a voice message when I called at 10:20 am. I received a call back within minutes to address my inquiry. I had a late model speaker in need reconing. I was offered a quote and dropped speaker off the same day. I even pre‐paid a large portion of the services in advance. It will take a couple of weeks to repair the speak, and I anxiously await the call call back to come pick it up. More to come.”
“I had a a 4K Vizio TV lose its picture, and was unable to resolve it using common online tips. Proprietor was able to diagnose, fix, and also included fix for some capacitors that looked like they were going soon... TV has worked fine since!”
“i had an HP all-in-one printer from costco that abruptly died with a 'carriage jam' error. i used the 'request a quote' option and received a prompt response to my text inquiry, then took it into 'ink it over' for diagnostics.it transpired that a part broke on my printer that couldn't be ordered, but they were able to set up a similar model they had on hand using a gear from my broken printer for a nominal labor charge (saving me $90 for a new part)i was able to get a functional printer at a reasonable price, very happy with the customer service!”
