“My wife and I worked with Amanda who was fantastic. She was extremely knowledgeable on all the mattresses and helped guide us in picking out a replacement for our previous mattress which had given up the ghost. She spent a lot of time with us and we were never rushed. You could tell she really wanted us to be happy with our purchase and wasn't just trying to sell us something. The store was very nice and clean and we were provided with comfortable pillows and pillow protectors for testing out the mattresses. It was a very pleasant, low stress experience and we enjoyed the process. We highly recommend them!”

The STORE ROOM it self, was in need of tlc. Kinda shabby. Lightning needs updating. Old carpet. Too many beds, feels & looks cramped. Some people might be deterred from shopping there. Overall a very good experience!”

“Our experience at Furniture Row today was far superior to previous years. We were not accosted by every sales associate for the duration of our visit. Instead, Stacy R. greeted us, and checked in with us from time to time as we tested every single chair and table that appealed to us, and tried different chairs with with different tables, because, like Momma Bear and Poppa Bear…it had to be just right! “I had a great experience at Woodley’s tonight. David helped me out with a screaming deal on an ottoman that is apparently great (wife says so, I guess it has to be). We got in and out of there very quickly. Shay packed it up very securely and helped me load it into my car. We walked in 30 minutes before closing and David was still nice and willing to help, not rushing us out the door. He was kind, professional, and not pushy at all. I never thought I would meet someone who hates ohio as much as I do, but I stand corrected. David and I bonded over experiences of having to deal with people from ohio. Not fun. They’re typically not smart and tend to be rude. Go Blue. Stop in and ask for David to hook you up with new furniture, unless you’re from Ohio (then go jump off a bridge).”

“Nyssa was the best ever! She helped me find a mattress that was not too expensive and had everything I was looking for. The bamboo sheets they sell are the best sheets you can buy. Nyssa was welcoming and very helpful. The store front is not overwhelming and it’s very easy to narrow down your selection. 10 stars for the delivery crew. My mattress was delivered on time, clean, no damage, and they even offered to help move my old one out of the apartment. Highly recommend mattress union on Colorado blvd.”

“We’ve had the Iris mattress for two years and every night say “this is the best mattress”.
It’s firm overall, but the wool topper gives just enough cushion to be cozy. Their customizable pillows are also fantastic because you get to decide how firm or soft you want by adding or removing filling.
Customer service has been top notch. We’ve gone back to request more filling and they’re friendly and generous.”
