The expert who helped me was Carlos. Helped make a shopping experience into a doubtless good experience. They have some very charismatic, helpful, and upbeat people working at mattress firm and from the two stores I went to that was about all I saw.”

“Steven was really helpful and knowledgeable of the mattresses I bought. He was very clear of the store’s 365 day sleep policy, which helped reduce the stress of making a big purchase. Basically, first three or four months, the mattress can be returned for 100% in store credit to try a different one. He also helped give a short sleep test to make sure the mattress I picked was right for me. Also a Buffs fan. SKO BUFFS”
