“They helped picked out the hitch for my subaru and it looks great. Worth the labor costs instead of me trying to do it myself and mess up my car frame or something!

I showed up at 7am and there was already one other person before me to get their hitch installed. Unfortunately, the person who set up their appt was new and did not order a hitch for them (So make sure they order one when u make your appointment!). Dropped it off at 7:30 basically and got it back around 11am. The only downside to this location is if you plan on waiting, theres really no place to sit nearby except a KFC, which opens at 10, or two small benches out front of Target. Theres a Starbucks in Target but there's no seating inside.”

“I had a few simple misunderstandings I wasnt sure how to handle. So I waited for the morning to return the truck so I could speak with staff members. Ryan and Cassandra took care of me with a smile on their faces and said they would take care of me. Thanks guys! Helping my grandmother move was less of a headache thanks to you guys”

“I had a fire pit project. I was doing in the backyard and I was referred to Englewood propane by another individual that does nothing but fireplaces. I went there and the owner was extremely helpful and walked me through the whole process and literally built a manifold for me in 30 minutes that I needed here is the end result …..amazing knowledge amazing customer Service !!! Highly recommend!!!”

He was patient with us, explained and gave us options, helped us buy a part to get the trailer hitched, and generally helped us in an above and beyond measure. I could not have felt more appreciative and grateful for a positive experience. His patience and time helped me feel comfortable to drive the trailer and make 28473 decisions to get the trailer actually attached to my car. 10/10 experience!”

“I called the Uhaul customer service line because I do not have time to call each location to see which location has the pieces to install a hitch and also be able to do the correct wiring harness. The customer service lady gave me the Uhaul on the opposite side of town that had the correct pieces and could install the same day. Well I get over there to find out that they do have the correct pieces but the installation guy is out sick and the owner Dala does not know when he will return to reschedule. So I bought the pieces. At least I had the pieces and she nicely loaded them up for to me to take home. Ultimately, I feel like I should of been angry because services were not rendered. However the way the owner treated me and explained the situation truthfully being Memorial Day weekend to wreck my plans because her guy wanted an extra day off is really unacceptable. But Dala was exceptional giving me other options that another location can put it on for me. I'm going to go ahead and give Dala and this location 5 stars because at no time did she ever give me attitude or a problem. She had apologized and it is was it is. Thank goodness I did find another location to put it on but at least this location provided half of the project. I would still go back there to rent a truck or buy any type of moving necessities.”
