“I had a really great and easy experience working with the staff at this location. Michaela helped me the first night I came in & directed me to the proper Verizon number for transferring my phone service & encouraged me to come back to finish the process. Cody the manager ended up helping me with the upgrade of my device once my service was transferred. He was calm & very knowledgable. He actually helped me save a bit of money on my services & educated me on phone storage keeping me from spending a few hundred more on a device I didn't need. I appreciated this! Then I had to make a quick call after everything & Ryan answered my questions with ease. Overall, everyone here was fantastic & I'll certainly go back to this location.”

“Switched from Verizon because of their promotion at the time and 3 months after a lot of back and forth with customer service I am finding out that we do not qualify for the rebate to pay off our old phones even though we were informed that we would. The sales rep apparently signed us up for promotions that are not able to be combined and now we are being denied a rebate upwards of $600. I've contacted many reps in many different departments about this issue and none have been able to make this right.*******Updating my review to 5 stars due to the customer service I received from Meaghan, the GM,regarding my issue. She listened to me and resolved the issue in a short amount of time. I am very pleased with the attention to this matter.”

“Amazing service. I had been trying to get a SIM card for my Hotspot since 1/6/23. I was traveling at the time so I did it via customer service expecting it to be there by the time I got home. Short version is over two weeks of dealing with customer service nothing got resolved.I went to this store and explained what happened to Joy who resolved the issue in less than two minutes.I think I am just going to go to this store for any future issues they can handle. The quickest and most painless transactions ever.”

They informed me of the newest phone, pre-ordered it for me and had it delivered way sooner then expected. “Legacy Sprint Business customer for 20+ years. Upgraded the entire family to new phones and also upgraded the T-Mobile plan, and there were some challenges due to the carryover from Sprint. Customer Care (on the phone) couldn't seem to figure out how to get everything working correctly, so opted to work directly with the team at the Castle Rock store. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful during multiple store visits and were able to get everything working smoothly. In today's business climate where customer service seems to take a back seat, it's refreshing to deal with people who honestly care and want to help their clients. Very pleasant experience overall and highly recommend!”

“I had been a “loyal” Xfinity customer for over a decade due to lack of options in my area (80122). My husband and I had pre-ordered Ting at two different addresses simply because we were excited and didn’t want to miss anything when we bought our house. We knew we were going to have to wait for install because we live in a predominantly older neighborhood that doesn’t really care about fiber internet. At long last, we got it installed a few weeks ago. The installer was superb, showed up a little early, and there wasn’t an installation window he was working in so we didn’t have to hang out all day waiting. He was polite, considerate of our property, and personable when in my home. Furthermore, there was a hiccup with where we wanted the fiber to come into our house. The initial person ran it to my garage so any lines would have to go out and around my house to get to the hole that was already tapped for Comcast. We live in an old brick house, so I’d rather not just continuously drill into it. My husband made a call when we realized it, the customer service rep we talked to was outstanding and said she’d have a manager reach out to us within several business days to see what could be done. The manager called my husband within an hour, listened to our feedback and reasoning, and had someone out the next day to run the line on the other side of our home. All at no cost to us. The only complaint I have, and this is hardly what I’d consider a complaint and is certainly not a reflection of Ting, is that the wireless router that you can opt to buy from them isn’t stellar. It’s an Amazon brand which is no big deal, but we lose wifi if we’re on the other side of the house from it. That’s a bad review for Amazon, not Ting. My only suggestion is to purchase your own router. Otherwise, I can’t say enough how impressed we continue to be with speeds. My husband and I are work from home with a 16 year old that does schoolwork online and we’re all gamers with our own setups so we go hard on our internet. Not having a cap that then throttles us and charges us for overages is phenomenal. I’ll never go back. 10/10 do recommend.”

“I have loved Faxage for 5 years now. A colleague told me about them as an inexpensive option for small businesses and I've been grateful ever since. I rarely have a fax fail and given my manual fax machine failed 50% of the time, I got in a habit years ago of confirming an important document was received. I only do the confirmation with patient reports now and through that in 5 years I can say there have been fewer than a handful and some of those I feel were laziness on the other party's part where it was easier to just say they didn't have it than to actually attempt to look for it. I had a situation where there was a strange issue with clarity and they had it fixed immediately with one call--never been the case since. I've had 2 x where the fax went through unclear BUT each of those times, it took a really long time on the receiving end and kept timing out--I feel those things were connected and happened with the same 2 offices. So I wonder if it had nothing to do with my end. So I've gotten in a habit of making sure it looks clear after it says it transmitted, but none of these things I've developed habits for are likely related to Faxage. I will use them as long as their prices remain reasonable for small businesses AND their service remains as I've learned to expect. At this point, I have no plans of looking into any other service.”

“Xfinity mobile customer service via telephone is generally awful. I had an ongoing issue for about 6 weeks. Ryan spent a lot of time with me and with support to port over my number. He followed up and my service was finally corrected. This staff is far more helpful than tech support when you call.”
