“We moved from AZ and had difficulty finding an apartment to rent that would allow dogs over 50 lbs -- enter the Lofts at St. Michael's. Cherie made the move-in process so easy! We've lived here for three years and love the neighborhood and the amenities (e.g. the Family Fun Plex membership). Three tenants in our building have been here for longer than we have, and all of them are friendly and respectful. Aside from that, Corey (the maintenance manager) has completed all of my maintenance requests on the same day that I submitted them. The only exception was when he needed to call out a technician. Overall, great place to live!”

The luxurious living arrangements along with its placement in Johnstown/Loveland so close to restaurants/shopping make it very easy to love, along with the great pricing of a monthly rental rate. The people who work at Cortland are fantastic too and they care about your experience!”
