“I love O'Reilly's! From Boulder, to Delta, to Lafayette, Colorado, I've always gotten excellent service, parts and support from staff. I appreciate you! I recently replaced an ignition coil with emotional support from the Lafayette staff and a good Enso part.”
“Battery: JJ was just so amazing! Not only he helped me with the concern I had with the positive battery terminal being loose, he also looked for parts, educated me on battery and electricity! He even went and extra mile and looked at the negative terminal, readjusted it, then tightened that for me. I've never felt so at home and safe lol Anyway, thanks JJ!!”
“Centerline is where I start when in need of parts for my vintage Alfa. I have bought from them for close to 20 years without a negative experience. They are honest and knowledgeable.”
“The General Manager at this location - I believe his name is Robert - deserves a raise. He was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and truly went above and beyond to help me get my car back on the road. Thank you Robert!”
“I had a tire cap seized up on the valve stem, and Joshua helped me out like a true professional went over and beyond. He even took the time to tape up my wheel, so therefore no scratches will be made. I’ve never seen that before at an auto tire shop, he has all the core values of being a manager and I hope the current leadership takes note of his skills that he possesses with excellent customer service.”
