“Customer service was top notch! Hotel was very cozy and quiet . Breakfast was hot and fresh daily with great selections. Location was very easily accessible and had good parking and was well lit. Aaron was one of the employees who helped make this a memorable experience. He was extremely pleasant to talk to and very humorous and kind. Thank you to all of the staff for making us feel welcomed and appreciated!”

“Excelent hotel. The staff where friendly and super accommodating. Mark and Alex went above and beyond for us and offered to make breakfast early so we could catch it before we left; and it was a fantastic breakfast. I'd be happy to stay here again anytime!”

“Purpose & Length of stay: youth hockey games; 4 nightsPositives: Location was awesome. We were 4 min away from the rink and other places like Target and Dave & Busters. Breakfast was pretty good and well stocked. We had fresh scrambled eggs each morning. Hotel was clean and the lobby was nice and roomy. The games in the lobby were a nice addition as well as the ice scrapers (I forgot mine and of course it snowed). Bed was comfy. We had a mini fridge and microwave. I prefer smaller hotels when traveling for tournaments so we're not waiting for the elevators too long. My kid enjoyed the pool and the gym looked nice. We had pleasant interactions with the desk, bar, and cleaning staff.Negatives: The walls were a bit thin but luckily our neighbors were respectful and the noise died down after a certain time. There was some highway noise as this location backs into the highway and there's no wall separating it from the highway. The walls and picture in the bathroom could use a cleaning (shower, toilet, and sink were clean). The door stopper on the wall kept falling off. I agree with previous reviews about the bathroom door. It would be ideal to have a lighter solid door so the light isn't bothering people sleeping. Also, the shower has this metal part right underneath the shower head. Once turned off, it gets a bit noisy with the water dripping, another thing that might interrupt the sleep of others.Overall, we had a nice stay over Thanksgiving here. I would stay here again.”

“Great service at the front desk. The room was just great. Beautiful view of the Rocky Mountains. Breakfast was great and the location has gas station right across and a dispensary to boot! I will definitely come back to this hotel!Nearby activities: Plenty of trails, bike paths, hikes and historically preserved parks.Walkability: There is a jogging path right in front of the hotel and it runs what looks like a half mile could be more. The deer sighting are daily. Walk with your dog as the hotel is pet friendly!”

“The management and staff of this hotel are exceptional. We stayed over Thanksgiving and experienced a significant snowstorm. The next morning the manager was out in the parking lot blowing snow off the guest vehicles. The hotel is also exceptionally clean and has a great location.”

“Extremely sweet and honest people. I recently stayed here for a work related class and left a very important piece of jewelry in the room by mistake. Not only were they quick in their response but they sent the item back to me in less than a week. I am so grateful to them. The whole place has a very cozy vibe as well.”

“The sheets are uncomfortable. The room was fairly clean. Weird things like hair embedded in the shower head. Really not sure I want to know how that happened. The highlight really has been Steward. He's super friendly and kind. I moved 1500 miles and don't know many people. He talks to you like an old friend. He has all the info and is a serious asset to you. He's made all the difference.”

“We had our 40th wedding anniversary celebration here and the food, staff and venue where absolutely fantastic to work with. The chefs created some custom cultural desserts for my husband. The wait and bar staff the night of the event went out of their way to make sure we had a successful event. We had so many compliments on the food and venue.”

“Always clean.Breakfast is great compared to most hotels.Hot tub is hit or miss. It always works unless someone hits the emergency stop button. Then it won't work for 24 hours.”

“I stayed here a couple of weeks ago on a work trip, it was clean, comfortable and affordable. But the 5 stars, more than anything, is because the manager Anjuli was so helpful and accommodating. She worked extra hard to help my colleague and I out, and for this reason I'd stay here again next time I'm in town for work.”

“This is in a great location about 25 minutes from Denver Airport right off I25. Top Golf is just down the road and the Denver Outlets and other shopping are very close. The hotel rooms are in great shape and the service at the front desk was excellent. Parking is a bit lacking. A few other things led to this not being a 5 star stay. The pantry was lacking in options for beverages, snacks, etc. in the lobby. Inside the room everything was clean however, the showerhead needs to be descaled but I do like that it was a handheld one. The bed is a bit firm for my liking but with all IHG properties I usually love the pillows and linens. The soft pillows were perfect but the "hard" pillows were lumpy and not like other IHG properties I've stayed at. The sheets need replacing as well. They are pretty thin and are pilled up badly from many washes. I will say, of all the hotels, I wish I could replicate the freshness of the bath towels and the linens, everything smelled clean. The bath towels were perfect. Just the bed linens and pillows could use replacing. Lastly, I was on the first floor so it was a bit noisy on a Saturday night with people walking above and doors closing but that's typical of a hotel on a weekend. If you're super sensitive to noises I'd suggest requesting to stay on the top floor.”

“Noteworthy details: Our mirrow in our room was cracked a lil & 1 of the elevators looked like it wants to fall apart. Other than that it was nice, but take note that the breakfast isn’t a continental breakfast: gotta pay for it”

“Reservation made online, easy. Got to hotel and the front desk man with glasses and long hair was not welcoming. He was very short with the guests. Later we went to go swimming. The front desk guy pointed out where the pool was, however BIG sign stating 'OUT OF ORDER'! Now for not having a restaurant or bar at least you need a pool or something for us to do. I would really like a discount on my room because your pool was not working. I worked for the hotel Marriott for six years. The front desk man with the glasses and long hair that worked on 12/31/24. He told the guests that he is looking for a career change so that means that's probably why he had the attitude he did.Update. The front desk guy this morning, 1/1/24, took our complaint and after 2 phone calls for follow up on 1/3/24 & 1/5/24, gave us a FULL refund. This is my 2nd edit for my review”

“Very excellent stay, we stayed two separate nights in one week and we were quite pleased with it, the only bummer was that the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance, which I understand, we had just booked the hotel exclusively because their ratings were good and they had a pool/hottub, and we weren't able to use it during our stay. OTHER than that, the stay was excellent. Service was incredible, and they had one of the best breakfast selections I have ever seen in a hotel of their caliber. Would definitely stay there again!”

“I was genuinely disappointed that I wasn't able to stay here longer. We came for the view of the mountains and wanted to stay for the staff. It is very rare that hotels are maintained as immaculate as this one, and it was so smoothly run by an incredibly professional and personable team. The Assistant General Manager, Heather, was particularly amazing. Not only does her demeanor leave you in a better mood than you came in with, but she immediately addressed any questions or concerns I had and truly made me feel like my family was a priority to her.I am definitely recommending this hotel to any and everyone traveling in the area. Such a positive experience and I am very grateful for it.”

“Friendly personable staff, utter cleanliness and modern spacious interior are the most memorable attributes of this hotel! I had several great interactions with Ethan at the front desk. From first steps through the door, you are entering sunlit unobstructed lobby with view of mountains above the pool area ahead. Pet friendly is a huge plus. Everything is stylish and balanced, truly a place to rest!Rooms: The rooms are thoroughly cleaned by smiling staff, the sheets are crisp and pristine white. Large windows in the rooms and lot of glass.”

“I loved it here. People were friendly, staff was friendly and really went out of their way to help my fiancé and I, just amazing. The only thing I have to say is unfortunately I never received the security deposit back that I paid upon checking in.”
