“First time using cricket after quite a few years of prepaid service, I decided to switch my number and take part in a free phone when switching deal. The ladies that work there are absolutely fabulous. It took us nearly two hours to figure out my account information from my old carrier and she did a wonderful job explaining the reason/reasons for the delay, deals and every other question I had. Wonderful staff wonderful service. I couldn’t be happier switching for the first time. They also have a surprisingly good selection of accessories like Bluetooth speakers, chargers, glass screen protectors and phone cases.”

“Had a very old phone and decided for upgrade. Karen came to us immediately , showed all options (I.e. trade in’s & price of new phones. After we made decision she sat with us & transferred data from old to new phone. The charger connection is only thing that wasn’t discussed. Seems a very minor thing and did not change our opinion of excellent customer service.”

“I went to this location to upgrade my phone to an A15. Online, it gave me a price of $ 155 with the activation fee and taxes. Since I wanted to pay cash. I went to this location, and she quoted a price of $210. I asked why she said the phones are cheaper online. Also, earlier this week, I got an A15 for my daughter. Her phone was destroyed by some people she used to hang out with. We got her phone for $179.00 with the case, activation fee, and taxes. I don't understand why the price for an existing customer who has been with Cricket for almost 20 years. It might be necessary to go to a new carrier. ?”

“Wanted to say that I just visited the Verizon on 96 and Washington. They had the nicest manager and customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I went in there asking a question about bronco tickets to enter a contest. This guy had no idea what I was talking about. His name is Bishop super nice. He could told me I don’t know what you’re talking about. Sorry and went on with his evening. Nope, he got his computer was looking it up called his district or general manager. Trying to figure it out ended up directing me to the right place. Again he didn’t have to do all this and take his time. He was super friendly super nice. I think most people these days would’ve been annoyed and and probably not help me. The other employee in there I believe is Josephine or Josephina she was just as nice with helping and helping us get down to the bottom of it. Nowadays you don’t see a lot of good customer service and I’m just amazed how friendly and helpful. Kudos to these employees at Verizon.”
