The owner is always so welcoming, and so is her husband the few times I’ve shopped there while he was stepping in. The prices are also unbeatable, which makes it a little less harsh on the wallet when it’s time to update your child’s wardrobe, its even better that she also does a good amount of in store credit on clothes/items you bring in.”

“I shop at the Arc thrift store multiple times a month. Usually it's later in the evening and the night staff is extremely friendly. Even when I come in later they take the time to show me things in the case never making me feel rushed. The staff is knowledgeable about their products, and will even help me try and find that special something, but I've been looking for. Kate always greets me by name, and always has something nice to say. Although, sometimes crowded, I constantly see the staff cleaning and straightening up the aisles. Keeping the store, clean and organized for the guest. The donation drop off is easy, and there's always someone there to help you. They even have a food donation area, helping local food banks.”

“Last Thursday (9/14/23), my daughter and I went to sell my granddaughters clothing. We had never sold clothes like this before so it was a new experience for us. The employee working took our clothes and gave us a slip to fill out, she explained very carefully and in detail of how the selling works and what to fill out. In a decent amount of time she finished looking through our clothes, we did bring three totes and she did only take a few items to this we were a bit confused and asked why? she told us in detail of what was acceptable for them to take, why they couldn’t take it, and even gave us advice on what sizes and items they were accepting that week and told us to call or check their website if we ever had questions about what they were accepting. Even though they only took a couple items it was a lovely experience and the employee working there was very diligent about making sure we knew what to do, answering our questions and was extremely helpful, we know now what to expect for next time we come back! I definitely recommend going here!”

“Nicely stocked. Good prices especially on Saturday with their 4 tag sales. One employee in the Brick brack yesterday was a little rude for not acknowledging my question and then pushing her restock cart away from me. But hey I get they don’t like people going in their carts. Found lots of name brands on sale.”

“Other than actual feces in an aisle, two old- enough-to-know-better trailer trash kids with bad haircuts running around, completely out of control, and their oblivious parents, the vagrant sleeping outside of the store's doors, and another vagrant picking through the bed of someone's parked truck, and a man going into the woman's bathroom, it is a good ARC...seriously. Good selection of items, but just too many people with no respect for what makes society civil lurking around.”

“I brought some stuff to this location to sell for the first time yesterday and I was really happy with how easy it was. The staff was super friendly and made me a fair offer on my stuff. I ended up shopping while I was waiting and found some almost new Lululemon leggings for only $30! They also had Patagonia jackets and other awesome winter stuff. I will definitely be back with my daughter.”
“Our family loves this place. Great to browse for entertainment on a dull day. We also have found great furniture, clothing, lamps, games etc. Huge place you can get lost in. Use your cell phones to locate your family members. Then head for coffee and lunch across the street!”
