I placed an online order over the holiday weekend and within an hour of placing my order one of their employees, Dylan, reached out to let me know that there was an error on the site and the piece I ordered was not in stock. She left a detailed message and we were able to transition to email and found a solution that works. She was kind and gracious with her time and my questions. I never felt pressured to make a decision one way or another, I truly felt that she was trying to help me and not just make a sale. She provided a wide range of possible solutions from alternative pieces, to waiting on the back order, or a full refund. She took care to note that I was shopping the sale and made sure the alternatives were within the same style as well as price range and was also able to offer a discount when I considered upgraded pieces. As a customer I was well taken care of and it was a verY positive experience. Highly recommend this company and shout out to Dylan for making the experience smooth and easy!”

“even though they don't carry the pods for the vaporesso pm40 which i break all the time, this is still my favorite shop in the area. they do have lots of coils and lots of juices. the menu is sick because i can never make up my mind about what i want. i got love for that dude behind the register too he's cool people”

“I love this store. I have bought all my kits and juice here for the last 2-3 years. In a pinch when they didn’t have the pods i needed they gave me exact days to check with them or would direct me to where i could find them. Even called me one time to let me know when they were in! I’ve tried every other place in the area prior to coming to this store and nowhere compares. If you ask for a specific flavor type they give the best recommendations and try to keep their customer’s favorite flavors in stock always. Their prices on pods are the best in the area and their knowledge on all their products is again, incomparable. This will continue to be my #1 vape store. “This liquor store doesn't have the greatest selection of wines but the owner is really cool and has told me that he would carry anything I recommended. This is the great place to get the late night booze. I have a huge amount of wines in my cellar and so I would not be there at midnight to get wine But if my wine fridge ever went dry, that is the closest place to get beer on those rare occasions when we all drink in the wee hours of the night. They also have spirits available. They are helpful, aim to please, and they have a fairly good selection of everything.”

“I purchased an Adrianna Papell dress online and needed alterations in a short time frame (1.5 weeks). I took it to Sophie's Alterations on a Monday and picked it up the following Wednesday. It was ready exactly when promised. Although there was a bit of a language barrier, making it a little challenging to explain exactly how I wanted the dress modified, I am incredibly pleased with how it turned out, and also at a very reasonable price point. I would definitely recommend Sophie's Alteration to anyone!”
