“I went to Alameda Parkway store in Lakewood to get my wiper blades replaced through the Bosch wiper blade replacement program . The company’s computer system was having issues which prevented access to enter information. After several visits to the store, the computer system was still having issues. Kevin, store manager manually entered the information and was finally able to replace my blades. Thank you Kevin for the work around .”

Though no major service has been needed on my vehicle, I have been in for a couple of routine visits. Katalina is not only highly professional, poised and efficient but she is extremely kind and accommodating. W.O.W. What an experience!
My lease was coming to an end on my Subaru Crosstrek. I had been a loyal Subaru driver for well over a decade and just assumed I would turn in my vehicle to the Subaru dealership and drive out with a new one as I’d done in the past.
Disappointed with the numbers the Subaru dealership was offering me, considering this would’ve been my fifth Subaru, we decided, on a whim, we would swing by the local VW dealership and take a look at their inventory (Mind you, I knew absolutely nothing about VW‘s and had never before considered one).
When we walked inside the dealership, we were greeted by sales associate, Suk Na. He was extremely accommodating, polite, and knowledgeable. Suk is also very patient and thoroughly answered every question I had. He enthusiastically suggested a model to suit all of my needs (and wants) and a test drive after which, I was sold. He explained every option available and everything the car was capable of.
Suk and Chelsee (Finance Mgr.) efficiently worked together to reach a very fair and reasonable number with no BS, no back and forth. This was, by far, the best experience I have ever had, leasing a new vehicle.
I absolutely LOVE my new car and although Subaru greatly disappointed me, I’m so glad they did!
Suk and Chelsee deserve not only my admiration but that of the company they represent. Outstanding customer service and professionalism. I will be back and feel very confident referring friends and family.”
“Freezing weather and no one anywhere else could replace front bulb for my jeep grand Cherokee without going to a dealership and paying $170. Dane went above and beyond to go outside in the freezing weather and change it. Kind and professional. I am truly grateful and this is why I continue to only go to O’Reilly not the new big Auto Zone next door. Employees like this are hard to find, promote him.”
“Have come to Prestige 3-4 times to have my car serviced in the past couple of years and am always impressed with the first-class customer service! Most recently I had to have my taillight replaced. I was quoted ~$400 for the part and $100 per hour for the labor. I was able to pre-purchase the part since they had it in store and they kept it/stored the part until I was able to make a service appointment. After they replaced the light (and washed my car), I tried to pay for the labor and they said they weren't going to charge me! What a pleasant surprise! This was just one instance of them going above and beyond. They will even drive you or pay for your Lyft if you need to leave your car for an extended period of time. Everyone working in the Service department is super friendly and helpful. If you have an Audi or Porsche, take it to Prestige. They will take great care of you!”

“We had to replace a vehicle that was totaled by the flooding in Florida, so we kinda were in a hurry. My husband have been a lot of different places and looked on line and finally found what he wanted. Used, but for a decent price and Very low millage. We ended up here and we made an apt and Joshua J. had the truck waiting and ready for us to look at. While we took it for a test drive he worked up the papers for us to see if we could come to an agreement on the monthly payments. When we got back he had the first part of the papers done and ready for us. He was very pleasant to deal with, friendly, down to earth and. Wasn't overly "salesy" and wasn't just a body in the showroom. He answered our questions honestly, and was too the point. Didn't waste a lot of our time or his own. We told him what we wanted to pay, he came back and made it happen. (Like 5 mins!!) We then had to wait like 15-20 mins if that, while they got the finance papers ready. We sat in the waiting lounge area. They had a clean area, with a fridge full of drinks, and some decent snacks and a TV. Before we even had time to finish a drink we were back in the finance office filling out the rest of the paperwork. They were so fast, efficient and friendly. It might have been the best car buying experience I have ever been through. They weren't even pushy - which was so nice for a change. Over all we had a great buying experience and I would recommend them to everyone and would shops there again. Granted we purchased a FORD F-150, at a Chevy dealership, they treated us with respect and we felt welcome. Thanks!!”
