Cody subia was able to walk me through what was needed and gave good advice to avoid future issues with moving my direct deposit. If there were more associate like him i would be happy to stay with chase he was much more professional, had better verbiage and was empathic.”

“I have been with the Credit Union of Colorado and using the Lakewood location for over 20 years. During that time I've had checking and savings accounts, home mortgage, and home improvement loans, I've have always found all of the staff to be polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. One of the nice perks is that you can go in anytime their open to get something notarized for free.”
“Extremely friendly employees. Sometimes I wish simple things didn't take so long, like making any kind of withdrawal, or opening accounts, but the staff has always been super friendly, and fair. I've never had issues with fees that others complain about. If you don't overdraw your account, you won't see fees. It's an unfortunate fact that those with bad money management skills will complain the loudest when they are penalized for their inability to manage their finances.”

Our rep was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and another solved quickly for us a small glitch in signing up. “I understand and experienced the negative reviews. However, I have experience them and worst at the top 3 American banks as I have personal and business accounts at there institution. I was caught off guard several months ago when the bank increased there wire transfer fraud protection procedure. The bank is a solid 4.5 small bank with deposits over $1 billion. They are publicly traded otc SLRK. Research yourself.Iam happy. Chicago USA”

“I have never reviewed a bank before and I want to say wow! What a pleasant experience. We needed to have paperwork notarized for my husband who has aphasia from a stroke and has to take his time. Eddie was so professional, patient and pleasant through the whole experience making sure all was done correctly. I would definitely recommend this branch. The receptionist was also gracious . In my years of banking I have never been treated so nicely, even my normally grouchy husband agreed.”

“I have been banking with them for about a decade. Their CD rates are great. They only have two branches, but their online banking provides everything I need. Their customer service is incredible. They are a very stable credit union and do a good job keeping up with technology. The only downside is their limited credit card offerings, which is not a big deal. Give them a try, especially if you are looking for good deposit rates.”
