Then when I was still having an issue he suggested it may be a fuse problem and told me where to find the info I needed. “Came in for some windshield wipers and I couldn’t figure out how to put them on. Went back and Carlos came out to help me, well I bought the wrong ones and he helped me locate the correct ones at another location (told me what ones to make sure I got as welll) while I grabbed something else in the store he went back out and put my old wipers back on for me. He was such a nice young man. As I was leaving another employee coming in for their shift held the door and wished me a nice day. Staff here is wonderful and I appreciate their customer service! “Freezing weather and no one anywhere else could replace front bulb for my jeep grand Cherokee without going to a dealership and paying $170. Dane went above and beyond to go outside in the freezing weather and change it. Kind and professional. I am truly grateful and this is why I continue to only go to O’Reilly not the new big Auto Zone next door. Employees like this are hard to find, promote him.”
