“What a difference a store location makes. Visit the CO Mills Lakewood store and stay away from the 3244 Youngfield location. After several visits to the T-Mobile location on Youngfield I visited the location in the CO Mills store and Dereck Cornejo took care of the issue immediately no questions asked. “We we're in this store on 6/9, The store was absolutely swamped and we were being assisted by the manager Matt, who did an amazing job navigating through a large queue assisting us and training new hires at the same time! Our problem was we had a SIM block on our account and had just received a new phone through the insurance company and the only way of activating it was calling through care and having them assist us! Matt did an exceptional job of getting our phone back up and running while also managing the store and training his new hires how to give exceptional customer service! Wait, time is a little long at this store.They definitely need more staff , but overall exceptional customer service at this location!”

“Ana and Andrea we're very helpful in helping me with setting up my Google Pixel 10 Pro. They were able to set up my e-Sim quick and easy. When I came into the store they greeted me and told me that there was a small wait. Very attentive and very nice to work with both of them. I wish these two the best. I have been a T-Mobile customer for over 15 years. The other locations (Thornton and Northglenn) always tried to push sales that I was not interested in even when I say I am not interested in new plans or lines right off the bat when I go inside.”

However This T-Mobile exceeds that every time not only is the service Prompt but each time I’ve come in they remembered my name Smiled and are helpful to everyone of my needs and if they Haven’t been able to figure out a solution. It’s not just one employee either I’ve literally never had a bad experience here This store is an example of customer service done correctly”
