“Thanks to Michael, I had a wonderful experience from the time I stepped foot in the store until I picked up my finished piece. I came in for a simple, thin wedding ring which is all I can wear due to my job. Michael shared he has a family member who has my same job so he understood my needs. He was personable, friendly and made me feel respected even though I wasn’t shopping for a large stone or a more expensive piece.I required the ring be sized down and the turn around time was less than a week, to my amazement! The ring is beautiful, comfortable and fits perfectly. Everyone present at this location was kind to me and I felt comfortable shopping here. I will be returning for any future jewelry needs!
