“I brought in my Grandma's sewing machine for a much needed servicing and Gabriela was an absolute delight to work with. She explained the pricing (and potential pricing if parts were needed) and an estimate on how long it may take. The service team were right on schedule with the time estimate and explained about needing replacement parts (which I had honestly anticipated) and the machine was actually ready ahead of schedule!
Pricing was on par with other estimates I had seen for the service but the genuine care of customer I received when interacting with Gabriela made this chore into an enjoyable experience.”

“Love this gas station!! The staff is very friendly. The store is cleaned and any issues are resolved quickly. Prices are typical for a gas station. The manager is fantastic and she cares about the guests. This is my go to for fountain drinks. Their gas prices are in line with everywhere else.”

“Bravas installed low voltage automated systems in our new home a few year’s ago. The company provides top of the line products. They installed low voltage lighting, automated shades, wifi, security and TV systems. It was only recently that I can comment on their after installation service. There was a glitch in the low voltage lighting system. Their tech, Trevor, did an amazing job identifying the issue and resolving the problem. His dedication, persistence and great customer service makes me a loyal Bravas customer. As a customer, it’s the continuing care after installation that sets companies apart. “I was there 11/9/22 at around 12:40PM and the employee denied selling me a pack of cigarettes due to a comment I made of (They are for a friend.) They really were NOT for my friend. I simply just said that because i did not want to be rude and just say no to his upsale attempt so i said that as a way to imply that " I would buy more if it was for me." I truly respect and give that employee credit for doing the right thing by law and policy. That is an awesome quality to have and 7 11 is lucky to have him as an employee. Nice job bro??”
