“Deli tortilla chips best in town. Great bakery but need to use butter and cream cheese or powdered sugar and water for frosting instead of shortening. Cakes and cookies should have up to 50% butter to shortening. Could call it the Butter Bakery. Need more meat sales. Family dinner specials every week is the new thing: End of a center bin meat department, Tuesday taco night: all on sale only $20 when purchased together: 2lbs lean ground beef, iceberg head organic option. Taco Seasoning, tortillas or shells, tomato, cheese and salsa. Instructions would be nice. (Serve-with suggestions like refried beans, rice, and guacamole, and sour cream. One to two per week.”

If you buy a lot of groceries from Kings you will earn points to get anywhere from 5 cents to a dollar off per gallon. The best I have seen is 50 cents off per gallon but everything helps.”

“I visited this Walmart pharmacy yesterday for a refill on a prescription. A lovely employee named Sarah helped me. Our interaction is such a great reminder of how important and wonderful great service truly is. I worked in the medical industry for years, and assisted doctors with refilling prescriptions for awhile. I realize how busy pharmacies can get, and that the majority of the people they serve are sick and/or don’t feel well, and/or aren’t always the easiest to deal with. “I've been coming here for 4 years. The staff is AMAZING. They must be doing a great job in management, because many of the same people have worked here for years. The guy behind the meat counter is so nice, always recognizes me and asks how my family is doing. Christian the tall friendly young guy always says hello and is great. Same with many of the ladies at the checkout area, and one young guy in high school who's been there for years is the absolute nicest. Honestly just 10/10 I have a lot of good things to say about you all. Thank you for working the holidays, and getting to know your customers so nicely! My family loves it and we appreciate you all.”

The people working here are much happier then Costco. If I had to choose, it's Sam's Club all day, plus they gave me credit I can use at Walmart. So, I never have to pay for anything that day. Also, if you like all beef Hot Dogs. they just offered members a lower price with drink! They get a a lot of business in the area.”

“This pharmacy is the best kept secret. They answer the phone every single time I call. Few pharmacies do that anymore. My son gets 2 prescriptions for controlled substances that can be difficult to obtain, but that’s a supply issue, not a Roxborough Safeway issue. They have helped us find generic substitutes and are great about answering all our questions. A 15 minute wait in line is nothing compared to pharmacies in other places, and it is rarely that long of a wait when I go. Today I got a prescription that they could not fill due to a back ordered drug and they found the drug at another pharmacy, called me twice to communicate with me that they couldn’t get the drug themselves but found it somewhere else for me, transferred my prescription (with my permission) and the next pharmacy also called me and confirmed they were prepping my order. That is gold star service. Have patience with these folks because they are working hard and they will serve you well. It was a no brained for my family to transfer all our prescriptions here a year ago or so and I have been so happy with them.”

Upon entering, the hand held grocery baskets are placed on the right which makes you dodge outgoing traffic to get one. I would think its a no brainier to place them on the left as you walk in. I grow frustrated with this backward set up each time I go there. Please address.”
