“Had my transmission fail the day after Christmas. Took it here because of previous positive experiences. Working with extended warranties can come with some complication; however, Devin did a great job communicating with me throughout the entire process. Took roughly a month to get my truck fixed. There were several roadblocks with the TCM that needed special programming; otherwise, I would of got my truck back sooner. Overall, Jeff, the store manager, made things right with me in terms of completing the transmission correctly and by walking out with some satisfaction in the end.”

“I enjoyed meeting several of the front office staff working to assist customers of those leaving their cars, me being one. They took time to explain what was going on with my car and telling me what was next later in the day as I would need to leave my car overnight. Picked up car next morning and again, they were gracious as ever. So far so good. The issue was dash symbols coming on re: suspension, stability issues, possible 4 WD issues. New trans axle module I think it was, which ordered and installed, then computer programmer came to set it up. Think car issues were addressed and corrected. Thanks to all!”

“SC is awesome! I've been a member here for a while, and maybe, only had 1-2 bad experiences. They surveyed me, and I asked for more organic products, next, thing I know they had a bunch. The people working here are much happier then Costco. If I had to choose, it's Sam's Club all day, plus they gave me credit I can use at Walmart. So, I never have to pay for anything that day. Also, if you like all beef Hot Dogs. they just offered members a lower price with drink! They get a a lot of business in the area.”

Ruben made sure to give me pictures and a full explanation as to what his diagnostic found so that I could go back to the original place and hold them liable to repair the damage properly. He also did not charge me!! He was extremely helpful and gave A+ customer service. I have been there in the past for larger fixes, but I think I will start going to them from my oil changes and smaller things because the service is exceptional. In addition, they also arranged for a ride to and from my home through Lyft for FREE. I highly recommend this location!!”
