I didn’t have the wheel lock for a really big tire and they were able to find one and get one for me in no time. He also was able to get these tires that are hard to find in no time. “I had an issue with my front suspension. Brought vehicle in to Keller Bros. They replaced the control arm and ball joint. Margret Keller, one of the founders, text me the next day and ask how the repair was. I replied that I wasn't sure. Car ran smoothly after the repair, but i notice a bit of noise in the left front end (may have not notice it because it was new or because of the racket the control arm and ball joints were making). She said I should bring the car back and talk to Chris, the General Manager. When I called he already knew about the problem. Brought the car in. They found a crack in the left front Steering Knuckle. He said it was rusted and cracked, and he didn't know if it was already there, or they might have damaged or made it worse during the initial repair. He gave me (the customer) the benefit of the doubt and under their 36 month warranty, they replace it, no charge. Chris was great, and the car is running smoothly. I'm definitely impressed with their genuine concern and flexibility as well as taking responsibility for something that may or may not have been related to the original repair. They have my trust, a most valuable asset”
“Just moved into the neighborhood and they were very close by. I needed an oil change and did an inspection on my car at 100 k and let me know of all the things that were dangerously in need of updating. I did my due diligence and shopped around. Pro Auto Care was the best priced, professional and clean and friendly.
UPDATE: I've gotten a new-to-me used luxury sedan and they are extremely knowledgeable about this car. They even talked me out of a modification I wanted to add to my car because it would not be a good move in the long run. They could have done it and taken my money, but they educated me and I appreciate that.”

“Traveling from Southwest Colorado through the mountains to Centennial was a scary ride for me last Friday. I was recommended by a friend to Jon. If you want someone that practices their trade with excellence and integrity this is the place to go for auto repair. I don’t even live in this state and just got lucky enough to be a little over a mile from him. He replaced front bearings, rear brakes, oil change for me, which was due. And then checked all fluids, including transmission, drained everything out of the front differential which what I understand is for the 4 x 4 in my truck. What he drained out looks like white green gunk because there was water in that oil, I had no idea. He sent a sample of what he drained for me to take back, and recommended I have my mechanic look at the front differential. After draining it he replaced the oil for me in the differential. Did not charge me for any of that differential work. cleaned the underside of my truck just so they could work. It’s a farm truck and it was pretty nasty. Made copious notes for my mechanic. Brayden, his son, and Jon Are you go to guys for auto repair. They’ve been in business 42 years auto repairs is just like anything else you’re going to purchase. You’re either going to buy the best and know it’s a very good product or you’re gonna buy the cheaper one and replace it again in six months to a year. I chose the best and so glad I did!”

Rather than take that as an opportunity to take me for a ride, they went through the entire vehicle and only recommended service that needed to be addressed immediately (brakes, coolant flush, oil change.) Jeff is courteous and professional with what he does. He genuinely cares about his customer’s (and their vehicle’s) wellbeing. “Jeff and Devin at EAS have proven to be HONEST and responsible. After a repair job on a transmission seal, my van continued to have a leak. I authorized additional work that could have cost thousands. As they again disassembled the axle seal, they determind their tech had failed to reassemble the original job correctly. They easily could have proceeded with the unnecessary repair but instead HONESTLY admitted the techs error and completed the original job correctly AND reimbursed me 100% for the original repair costs. I brought in my car after having a 3 year old tire go flat. I had recently put on the spare and all of my tools were scattered in the back of my car.
Sam’s club staff fixed the flat, rotated the tires, and nearly stowed my spare and tools back into the car, which I hadn’t expected or asked for.
Excellent staff and service, they went above and beyond. It was also $0 since I purchased the original tires at Sam’s. I can’t see myself going anywhere else for tires in the future.”
“I don't think sams club bakery gets the recognition it deserves but wanted to take the time to leve 5 stars! Typically I get birthday cakes from King Soopers or Walmart and they're expensive and dry. I ordered the Disney Princess 10 inch cake and the cupcakes. They turned out really pretty! I got the cake in chocolate & cupcakes mixed. I was hesitant to oder a chocolate cake because usually they turn out so dry. This cake is going on day 3 and is still moist! Thank you to the baker who made these because we will definitely be ordering items again.”

“Was in a jam discovering a nail in my tire the night before I was supposed to go on a road trip. Took it to Goodyear and they said it was not repairable and I would have to buy a new tire set and the next appointment wasn't until late the next day, which would have really messed up our trip. Called Mike at the Costco Tire Center on Quincy Ave at 730 at night and he said if I could get there in the next fifteen minutes he would have time to take a look and repair it if possible. Got there in fifteen minutes and he said it actually was repairable and had it repaired within the next thirty minutes, saving our road trip. I got a quote on new tires which I needed anyway and it was a much better deal than my other quote. Mike has earned me as a customer for my tire needs moving forward. Thank you Mike!”
