Eric the manager reached out but it was unnecessary in rewriting my review because this store deserves a 5/5 I’ve had nothing but put good experiences the one time I thought I had a negative experience I did not as personal reasons I unfairly over reacted but besides the point the employees here are very nice and helpful Abe they literally have the best prices in Colorado. “I was just visiting Denver and wanted to visit a quilt shop. Everyone welcomed me into the store, and I was helped to buy some fabric specific to Colorado.The best thing about this shop is that they buy other people's stash and sell it for $7.00 per yard. Of course, you have to take the colors they have vs having it in every color out there, but that's not a huge deal unless you're shopping for a specific color.If I lived in Colorado, this would become my go-to store.”

“It's hard not to nerd out in this store! They have a ton of baking supplies, and lots of extracts to choose from. They offer classes once in a while, and I'm excited to try one sometime. Their staff is super friendly, helpful, and patient. My husband has always gotten the help he needs when ordering/ printing edible images. We love this store!”

The folks in the framing dept. are very knowledgeable and made several creative suggestions for frame & mats that really augmented the prints nicely. I had a specific idea of what I was trying not to do with colors and she was very helpful with color and style selections and gave her opinion and suggestions. It is really nice to be able to see the entire matting and framing around entire piece on the computer instead of having to decide just based on a corner. “I am new to using this location. The other day I was checking out using the self check out and had a very rapid blood sugar crash and started feeling like I was going to pass out. So I rushed finishing and bagging my items. When I got home I realized I had forgotten an item, the exact item I had gone in for!! LOL. I called the store and asked them if they'd found it but they had not but the kind woman I spoke to said not to worry to come back the next day and they would take care of it.I went in yesterday and spoke to Beatrix. She was sooooo sweet. She immediately called back and asked if somebody could bring one of the sets of the product I'd bought up. There was a bit of confusion and they were very busy but she handled everything with a calm and kind demeanor. As a former manager and current business owner, Beatrix is the kind of team member I would love to have on my team!!!! Good team members are sometimes hard to find but I've talked to at least 6 different team members during previous shopping excursions at this location and every single one was perfect so it shows great management!! Great job, Highland's Ranch Michael's team!!! High five ?”

I am also handicapped, the staff is great and accommodating. I have a lot of fun and I get to share the good old days. I like to play prerelease here. I would highly recommend Denver Central Games.”

“I visited a couple weeks ago, searching for a very specific yarn I didn't have a label for, so I was comparing skeins to a snip of the yarn. I had been to 3 or 4 other Michaels' searching for this yarn and everywhere was out of stock. It was out of stock at this store, too, HOWEVER the associate who helped me told me the exact yarn she thought it was and how to find it online. And she was right!!!! It was an exact match. I'm so grateful she was working that day and happened to find me in the yarn aisle.”
