The owner, Corey, has an excellent attitude and provides great customer service. While I didn’t get a chance to meet the technician, Wyatt, the work done on my car was top-notch. What impressed me the most is their transparency—they provide detailed information, including pictures of the issues they find. They also clearly explain what repairs are urgent and what can wait, which builds a lot of trust??.

On top of their excellent work, they offer a free ride while your car is being serviced, which is incredibly convenient. When I picked up my car, I was pleasantly surprised to see it had been washed for me??.

I had come from another Brakes Plus on 92nd Ave. I have another review of that location on Google reviews. Cliff notes version: I had received an incorrect assessment of my vehicle, corners were cut, as well as dishonest expectation of wait time with little to no followup communication. I was not happy with my service and was hesitant to book another appointment with Brakes plus in general.

I booked an appointment for August 28th at 8AM for a repair to my vehicle as well as an alignment. This shop disproved claims that my car needed major repairs. Everyone I came into contact, at this location, were friendly and professional. Everything was thoroughly explained to me, and done in a timely fashion. I received excellent and prompt communication from the tech (I want to say his name is Nick?) as well as an older gentleman that manned the front desk (I'm so sorry I don't remember his name, he worked first thing in the morning. He made me feel heard and respected. An all around nice person)

Mechanics are getting a bad rep for taking advantage of people. The employees at this location helped restore my trust and I won't forget it. I plan to come back to this location with any future repairs or maintenance I need for my car. THANK YOU!!”

“I was driving down Broadway the other night when I scraped the underbody of my Lexus on a steel plate on the pavement. That ripped open a protective flap, which dragged on the pavement as I drove home. My son and his fiance were coming to town, and I didn’t want to pick them up with a grinding noise under the hood, or to have the flap fall off and get lost.

The next morning I had to be downtown at 9:00 am, after which I would need the car all day. So I showed up 7:00 a.m. at a repair shop I’d used before. I didn’t expect they could fix it on the spot, but hoped they could at least diagnose the problem and remove the flap so I could save it. But they couldn’t even look at it until the afternoon.

Rushing over, I made by 7:15 it to Town Center Auto Repair, where Tommy, the owner, helped me out. The mechanic already on duty was busy, but when Josh, a second mechanic, arrived at 7:30,Tommy put him right on it. After inspecting it, Josh set to work and quickly welded it back together. I made that 9:00 appointment on time, with the car all fixed and ready for my family. Thanks to Tommy and Josh, I didn’t have to wait or spend extra money on a replacement part. Kudos to them both!”

“When do you ever get great honest news that no work needs to be done on your car? At PTG, that's when. My truck was acting super funny, weird issues with the transmission. One transmission shop in Englewood said the fluid was burnt and I needed a total rebuild ($2900); another mechanic in Denver said the TIPM is toast ($1800). PTG mechanics looked it over for a couple days and said it simply needed a general service and full fluid exchange ($250). It's been driving fantastic since I got it back last week. I love the honesty and I love that they stand behind their word and their work. Highly recommend PTG.”

“The manager was very friendly and knowledgeable and great at communicating what was happening and how long the wait would be. The two men working on my car were very knowledgeable and extremely friendly and they let me know that there was something that needed to be fixed that I hadn’t planned on having done. They also informed me that it was something that was a pretty big deal and that I could go somewhere else or I could wait, but then it would be worse for my car and that it wasn’t just them trying to get money out of me and the fact alone that they even would say something like that made me realize that they really meant what they were saying, but just to be sure I called my boyfriend before giving them an answer because he is a mechanic and he said they were definitely telling the truth and that if they didn’t fix what they needed to in my car, it could’ve been a disaster!!! So needless to say these employees helped me avoid a complete mess and something that would’ve ended up costing me way more in the long run so I would say that they are very open and honest and trustworthy and they’re not gonna try and upsell you on a bunch of stuff you don’t need if they tell you that you need something done…i would believe them because it could just save your car !! Anyhow, this will be the only place that I go to for oil changes from here on out?”
