The store is very clean and organized. The staff is super helpful, friendly, and provides great customer service, hustling to accommodate everyone even when the store is packed. Prices are very reasonable. However, this location has a noted issue with sometimes closing earlier than the posted hours and does not answer its phone. Despite this, many customers express they love Windsor, consider it their go-to dress shop, and plan to return.

I came in earlier today looking for a concert outfit, super helpful employees. The store was very clean and organized and also had great costumer service. Alexis was a big help and picked my whole outfit out! Will be shopping here more often.
