“Zach was amazing and so helpful throughout the process! I live about an hour and a half away from the shop in Colorado Springs. I heard great things about American Auto Hail Repair through family friends, so I figured I would make the drive to check it out. I was not disappointed! Zach helped me get the insurance claim figured out, and took the initiative to get in contact with the adjuster so I didn’t have to. He also got my rental car all set up to save me the hassle. He was in constant contact with me to give me general updates and timeframes, and I really appreciated the transparency. With living so far, Zach worked with me in picking up and dropping off on the weekends and was super flexible. Overall, the process was made super simple and American Auto Hail Repair did an amazing job fixing my car. The cherry on top is they even detailed the inside of my car!!! It was such a nice treat to get in my car and have such a great surprise! 10/10 in customer service and 10/10 on the amazing work! “Had a great experience with this place!
My car was getting balanced at Costco and my wheel bearings were getting bad to the point where I should not be driving it. They recommended Christian Brothers since they were across the street. Got our car towed and the employees there made us feel so welcomed. They inspected my car for free as a courtesy and that was amazing of them. Mark helped me out and he was kind and understanding of my situation since its my only car.
The inspection report was great! I got to see everything that was wrong and Mark went through the report with me to have a better understanding on what the main issues were and what needed to be fixed ASAP.
They also shuttled me to a rental car spot in Longmont so I didn't have to walk or Uber to it.
Great atmosphere, Mark was amazing and all the other employees were kind and treated us so well.
6/5 stars for this place and their customer service. I will return to them for now on.”

Steve test drove it in less than 30 seconds identified the problem..
It was a left front hub and bearing.
My car came in limping and in less than 2 hours later ..magic
