“What I love about the property is how tucked away and quiet it feels, although you are close to a myriad of shops. The number of paths for walking the doggo, and the activities offered by the city, many also within walking distance. The grounds of Marquis Town Centre are well kept; and their maintenance team is phenomenal. They help in the moment, if they are able, have always been professional. and above all, kind. Keep up the good work, team.”

“Awesome apartment to live in! The maintenance team is amazing, they’re always more than willing to fix stuff fast. Also I have a cat and they’re always careful about it. The office people are awesome too. Skyla is super, super sweet and we recently moved from one unit to another unit, Tyann helped me through everything and made it all so much easier. I’m a perfectionist and can be a lot ? so I truly appreciate Tyann for her patience and excellent communication and everything! It’s a great affordable apartment! ??”

Despite not having the copy of my key to enter my apartment, he reached out & communicated with me, so we could figure out a way to get him access in & he took care of multiple issues I needed taken care of in a quick & timely manner. He is attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help. Recent management changes have caused certain things to run less smoothly, like the transition in utility and rent portals, but we know we can always count on Jonathan to get the job done. 5 Stars for Jonathan alone. “It is so uncomfortable when they tour in the gym. Like I’m trying to get stronger and there’s some random people just popping up and watching me. Makes me uncomfortable. Plus they raised the price by 100 for next year! Pretty good place tho besides that.”

“Denise at Ezlyn deserves a huge shoutout. She was super helpful and answered all my questions during the entire move-in process. Made it so easy for me. I can tell she truly cares about the tenants here. So much so that she knows people by their first names. My unit was super clean. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Happy I moved.”
“I've lived here my whole life it's kind of there's trash but the pool has filled with bugs and I think it's nice apartments the few playground and there's a huge shock or filled up by my dumpster”
“I would say that the building complex has a lot of amenities which include ping pong tables, washers, dryers, study rooms, and pool tables. The only thing is that there is noises that can be easily heard from the room which is situated next to us.”
“Shelly Schultz was just amazing! She was great at guiding me and helping me with the paper work. She was professional and everything worked fast with the application process. The apartments are newly remodeled inside as well as outside. While doing my walk through everything was very clean and very nice. Was super impressed and very excited to move in. Truly can't appreciate how amazingly smooth and fast is process was!!! Thank you Shelly Schultz!!!”
“where should i start? the management team here is incredible they go above and beyond for their residents, the most professional ive seen in any apartments it is very evident they take pride in their job and actually care as they are exceedingly helpful and on top of everything that is needed their response times are immaculate and they are always ready to answer your questions or resolve any issues, the maintenance team is amazing they respond quickly and get jobs done fast extremely professional and polite. this is by far one of the best and most comfortable complex's i have lived in, property is very clean and well kept, the area is very quiet and calm, i work all different hours, not once have i ever felt unsafe walking around the complex even late nights or super early mornings, they have great security that patrols the property, i highly recommend these apartments for anyone looking for their next home.”

Much of the rest of the staff has been dismissive of my questions and lacks timely communication. “I’ve lived here for around 4 years. I have never had a major problem where anyone from the office couldn’t help me. I think it’s pretty quiet unless the kids are outside playing and what not which is normal . They’ve always been treated good and respectful. Thank y’all !!”

I would like to thank Marilyn and Martha for their hard work and dedication to the community, A special shout out to Marylin the office manager who has gone up and beyond the called of duty to make our community feel like home. To Martha the rental manager who has been diligent in making sure every complaint that came in was handled correctly and in timely fashion. To Israel the Supervisor of maintenance a man that works even when he’s off work to keep the community and property clean. I personally saw him working on his day off picking up bags of trash in front of the dumpster that people or kids leave behind to keep our community clean.He does an outstanding job taking care of the tenants. To Dave I send a shout out to for his hard work in also helping keeping our community clean. His smile is infectious as he always greets you with a smile and hello. I just want to say thank you staff members of Centre Court for all the hard work you put into our community to make it better place and for making it feel like home.”
