“We have really enjoyed staying at Curate at Orchard Town Centre…. Great apartments with great facilities like a fantastic pool area which is open all year round. The gym onsite offers a lot of equipment and very spacious. The staff are super with very friendly. Location is great too as it’s walking distance from shops and restaurants”

“It is so uncomfortable when they tour in the gym. Like I’m trying to get stronger and there’s some random people just popping up and watching me. Makes me uncomfortable. Plus they raised the price by 100 for next year! Pretty good place tho besides that.”

“The maintenance tech replaced the dishwasher yesterday. He showed so much care and responsibility while he was there. I wish I could remember his name. I really appreciated his thoughtfulness.****Thank you maintenance team for replacing the dishwasher with a brand new one! I am very grateful. Special thanks to office team for facilitating the installation.”
“UPDATE BELOW: Great communication and customer service, applied got approved but plans had changed and they promptly refunded our deposit. Definitely wish we got the chance to check this place out.
We ended up moving in after all! They where able to get in anther unit at a more affordable price, and once we arrived 20 minutes before closing Emily stayed after closing hours to still assist us and showed us a few things. We really appreciated that since we has just moved to the state. We are excited for the upcoming year we are living here. Once we move out I will update my review with how smooth the move out process will be. I highly recommend this place, even at site unseen you will be satisfied!”
“What I love about the property is how tucked away and quiet it feels, although you are close to a myriad of shops. The number of paths for walking the doggo, and the activities offered by the city, many also within walking distance. The grounds of Marquis Town Centre are well kept; and their maintenance team is phenomenal. They help in the moment, if they are able, have always been professional. and above all, kind. Keep up the good work, team.”

“This place is truly lovely. I lived in a golf course house their biggest model. Everything is updated clean and quiet. This place is quiet. Shannon is on top of everything, the owners come and make sure place is in top shape. Repair team is fast and respectful. These are fair honest people who helped me out above and beyond when I had to move out for my child’s safety. They are honest and fair with move out charges which so many people ask about. My neighbors were amazing - helping me find my lost dog when I was melting down. It’s a real community feel. This was my favorite place I ever rented. 5 stars for sure . Thank you team and owners at enclave vista ridge!”
“We submitted a work order to have a few things fixed, and while G and Jose were here they also fixed other things that we didn’t submit tickets for. They were awesome and dealt with our dogs barking like crazy in the spare room. Very happy with the work they did!”
“So far, so good! 3100 Pearl was acquired by Kairoi a few months ago, and I've been pleasantly surprised that I've only noticed good things from the acquisition so far. The property team have been holding events weekly throughout the summer and they've been a great way to get to know our neighbors! And I also appreciate that Kairoi kept the leasing office staff (as I know that rarely happens with acquisitions).”

“We moved into a one bedroom in July, and have had a great experience since. After moving from Boulder where it was hard to find rental companies that even meet the bare minimum, it was a breath of fresh air find Ezlyn. The complex is always kept clean and work orders are handled in a timely manner. The maintenance crew that works here is super friendly and helpful.
Denise and Josh in the office are honestly a couple of gems. It is clear that they work hard to make this place feel like a home to their tenants by being warm, attentive and responsive. The only issue we’ve ever had here was a noisy neighbor, and they were quick to help us out when we reached out about the issue.
When a kitty went missing from the complex, they sent out an email to everyone with a picture to keep their eyes out, and when she was found, they sent an update. This kind of stuff just shows that Ezlyn goes the extra mile, and really cares about their tenants.
We hope to resign when the time comes, as we love this place.”

“My family and I love lafayette so much. When we were looking for apartments we had our hearts set out for the Ardennes. We got in and have loved living here the last year. We plan on staying here for as long as the staff and company let's us. The staff have been very attentive on our needs. They have been kind and understanding. The maintenance guy michael has been so helpful and very speedy whenever we needed maintenance done. Considering he's the only maintenance guy on the property when you call he comes running. Skyla is so kind and helpful and understanding when complications come up. Mikyla has been very helpful and going above her position on helping me come up with ideas on trying to get my mother in law moved up to lafayette as well.”

“we've run in to a few maintenence issues since moving in, but all have been resolved in a matter of days. they're quick to respond, and Marcus has been incredibly helpful. he's been the mediator for every problem, and has helped us fix them all. thank you, Marcus!”
“where should i start? the management team here is incredible they go above and beyond for their residents, the most professional ive seen in any apartments it is very evident they take pride in their job and actually care as they are exceedingly helpful and on top of everything that is needed their response times are immaculate and they are always ready to answer your questions or resolve any issues, the maintenance team is amazing they respond quickly and get jobs done fast extremely professional and polite. this is by far one of the best and most comfortable complex's i have lived in, property is very clean and well kept, the area is very quiet and calm, i work all different hours, not once have i ever felt unsafe walking around the complex even late nights or super early mornings, they have great security that patrols the property, i highly recommend these apartments for anyone looking for their next home.”

“Alex head of maintenance was able to fix the air conditioning in my apartment today. He was able to see that a heat valve was left open and there was dirt build up which he resolved. His attentiveness and patience were wonderful and the issue was resolved. Thanks Alex”

“I would say that the building complex has a lot of amenities which include ping pong tables, washers, dryers, study rooms, and pool tables. The only thing is that there is noises that can be easily heard from the room which is situated next to us.”
“Far out to drive to but they are clean and fenced. Not sure why the fence due to nothing being around the there but ok. You need a gate code to enter. The bldg numbers are by 1000's not single digits incase you're confused. dog parks and( mostly )nicer cars in the parking lot. Apts have high ceilings but not sure of the sound proofing in these Apts. A lot of newer Apts with high ceilings have that banging and echoing along with crunching noises from above Apts. Very dog friendly. I'd check them out at least.”
“I have been so pleased moving here! It's so quiet, and the management in the office is OUTSTANDING! My apartment is spacious and my kids and I LOVE it. Thank you Sharon and Genevieve in the office for absolutely everything! We are so thankful and pleased!”
