“We had a reception for my daughter and her husband they wanted to have everyone get together and have fun dance eat and drink and have a good time. We had at the cottage house very beautiful very clean and the staff and the owner was the best, took really good care of us and helped us out with what they wanted down to the last detail to make my daughter and her husband exactly what they wanted and the price is reasonable for what they wanted and we had about 45 people. I would highly Recommend for weddings receptions, office parties, celebration of life. Shawn the owner and his family and staff is great to work with and the place is very very beautiful thank you very much.”

“What a beautiful and special place! I just hosted my very first photography workshop (working with dogs and horses) last week at Sylvan Dale. I had photographers fly in from all over the country and we had an incredible time! The staff was so friendly and the food was delicious...especially the banana bread! Each day, there were activities posted that you could sign up for so between photography activities, we could join in on some ranch fun. One of the days, 2 of us signed up for adult cow sorting so we got to go out and find the cows, move them to the sorting pen and then learn how to sort them as a team. It was the most fun I have had on horseback in a long time!
This place is incredibly special. There were a few other families there at the same time as us and most of them have been coming with their own families for decades.
Also, a great place to come with kids. So many activities, and a beautiful pool to cool off in. All the kids there seemed to be having the time of their lives!

“My wife Lee Ann and I were married on the rooftop of this great facility... and, we also took advantage of the Cleveland room in case of inclement weather -- as well as using the Cleveland room for the meal portion of our celebration -- and, it gave our guests a great place to eat, talk, have a drink and mingle. The entire staff was SUPER knowledgeable, very patient, answered all our questions and allowed us to come in and look at the spaces many times prior to our celebration. We would HIGHLY recommend this facility to anyone looking for a great and reasonably priced venue. Our rating is at least 6 stars... but, google is only allowing us up to 5 ;-)”

He was very flexible with our vision, and we ended up getting a ton of compliments on the wedding and venue highly recommend. “The space was perfect for my son's graduation party. As other comments have mentioned it may be dated but we loved the western style theme. The owner was so sweet and good to work with. Very laid back! Had a kitchenette area with a fridge and freezer. There was plenty of counter space. I would 100% recommend this place. Plenty of space for parking”

“Been to several hotels in the last few months, i have to say this hotel was 5 star worthy. Very clean, absolute respectful employees very professional, and the rooms were clean and comfortable best sleep ive had in a long time. The pool are was just as nice especially with the hot tub and water slide.”

“We just got back from their Mile High Select Sale by Josh White Auction Inc. As beginners in getting a horse or two this event was Amazing!!!! Did we end up getting a horse, sadly no. We did however receive excellent treatment by all parties at this auction. Maggs Fam and Bar M ranch are top tier!! Thank you for all the information and respect during this process. You made it so much less stressful for my wife and I to be introduced to the equine industry. We look forward to going to many more auctions down the road. Dianna and her family run a great auction. Very personalble and forth coming with information on how the auction runs, sellers and overall gave us peace of mind. God Bless you guys!!!!”
