“These guys may not be the cheapest but they have the best products I've ever slept on. We bought our first mattress from there about 6 years ago. It's been three best. When or daughter needed a new bed we went back. The staff was just as friendly and helpful. They need the product they were selling, but better than that, they have us get choices and room to talk. I will absolutely go back when we needed another. Thanks Anthony 4 your help.”
“Very knowledgeable, patient and friendly staff! We discussed our priorities and were shown multiple mattresses that would meet our needs. After testing several we made a selection. The purchase process was easy and took only a few minutes.
Our mattress was delivered the next day even though it was coming from a Denver warehouse. Delivery was on time. The delivery guys were friendly and fast. It only took a few minutes to bring the new mattress in and remove the old one. All mattress wrappings (trash) was removed.
I would highly recommend Mattress Firm Chapel Hills West.”

Haley and Jared were the most professional , easy to work with, and accommodating people we could ever imagine!
When there were a few snags with the delivery (furniture being a little too large for our space), they were more than accommodating with refunding all of our money and we re-purchased the correct size
Not only was the delivery, very smooth, but Jared and his manager came to our house to reassure us of what sizes would be perfect. Couldn’t have had a better experience!
Truly, do not know what we do without Jared!

“They always have an excellent selection of home decor items at pretty reasonable prices. They change up the scenery at holidays so it's always a different selection of items. The furniture is quite pricey but seems to be of good quality so I guess you pay for what you get. Employees are always friendly and inviting.”
“I just want to get a shout out to Nick and Shelby at Snooze Mattress in Woodland Park Colorado for their TLC with helping me find the best mattress that worked for me. They were very professional, patient and extremely kind to me. They are not at any level pushy sales people. You see I have pain issues so sleeping is very important especially for health recovery. I needed to sleep without waking up in pain.
I ended up trying their “Dream Mapping System” that maps your body pressure points so they could know which mattresses to steer me towards. I ended up buying a medium Beauty Rest mattress.
I highly recommend if you need new mattress that they are the right people to work with. Besides living in a small town and wanting to shop and support local businesses. I am so grateful to them.
Now I am sleeping though the night.

“I've been in the store many times but have never purchased there. They have some nice things but not a huge variety and I feel they're a little over priced. That said, I have more formal and European taste. I didn't find much that was baroque or rococo. Most places carry what's popular. This place is the same. I want unique well made furniture not what's popular. As far as the staff goes, I've found it's a mixture of aloof and friendly. It depends who's there. One would think, if you're spending money, everyone there would be skippy happy friendly and ready to assist you. Service is dead as the Dodo in the US.”
“Just got back from buying a new cell phone at the Target at 5240 N Academy in Colorado Springs. Hunter, who works in electronics, provided excellent customer service. He was extremely patient in transferring the data and pictures from my old phone, which was very slow, to the new phone. He was polite and conversational during my wait. As a middle aged woman I really appreciate his technological expertise. I will recommend the electronics department at this Target to anyone. Ask for Hunter!”

“Amazing and attentive customer service. Both Ioana and Jessica spent well over 45 minutes with us on two separate occasions without rushing us nor pressuring us to buy anything. They helped us pick a high performance fabric that could best withstand cat claws, dog paws, and baby chaos - we even got to take home swatches to test the color in our home. I’ve always considered PB to be too expensive but for the quality, customizations, selection and service, I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!!!”

“Cool furniture! Adam great to work with for custom design. Great options and obviously they have real artists working on a lot of the items. Very Colorado to have deck chairs made out of Skiis and snowboards. Not cheap but it’s customer artwork and very unique.”
