“As I was standing in line, I realized the two men in front of me were not wearing masks. I'm surprised the cashiers allowed this, because they were wearing masks, and out of respect for their customers they should have told them that they could not enter. We reached red level again this week (covid risk) it's November 2020 and it doesn't seem to be getting any better.”

“I use 3 of these Alta convenient stores and fuel/ petrol stations, throughout Colorado Springs. They're all *extremely* CLEAN, Stocked and use ConocoPhillips fuel. Usually one of the best Priced stations with quality fuel. Customer Service Employees are absolutely fabulous and so very nice at All locations! At this location the 2 guys were very nice & helpful. They are part of the KICKBACK POINTS CARD for CASH use within store plus free fountain drink specials & other in-store specials.”

“I placed an order for pickup at 1:15pm for pickup between 7-8pm and received a message that my order was delayed. I called to ask why and the gentleman that answered for that department was very friendly and knowledgeable. I asked about the deli meat I ordered and was told the deli was closed. He offered the pre-sliced as a substitute and let me know the other person in that department was currently shopping my order (only 2 workers in that dept)and he would let them know and that my order would be ready in approximately 10 minutes. I received the message that my order was ready for pickup at around 7:15-ish. The lady that brought out my order was so very friendly and packed all my groceries in my bags for me. That's why I love my neighborhood Safeway on Circle and Galley! Thank you all so much for making my shopping and pick-up run smoothly!”

“My favorite Loaf n Jug. I like sweet tea, but I generally don't like bottled tea or tea from a fountain area. Their sweet tea is awesome and I end up stopping there almost everyday for an XL tea, even though I live about 12 miles away. The staff is really good too.”

“It's one of the most inexpensive convenience stores on the south side of town and they're open until 11 pm , 7 days a week.
It's clean and the attendants are friendly.”
“The Friendliest Folks I know. They don't gouge you on the gas prices. Very competitive on the gas prices. A lot of folks come in for lots of other "Stuff". I come in to get my gasoline, a snack or a drink. Mostly, I come in for some friendly conversation. 5 Stars.”
“Pumps are not 24 hours. I went there last night at 2330 and the pumps were not on. When it opened at 0500 I was able to get gas. I didn't get the complete hours, but I think they're 0500-2100 or so.”

“A good trip to my husband's favorite shop. Got some go9d prices on cleaning supplies and found the plumbing part we came for disappointed to see less and less variety of brands in most cases uf there 8s more than one brand for any item there are only 2, both on the higher end of pricing. This does not get me to buy a higher priced brand I'm not sure of. It makes me go to order stores to find the brand i like. It's no accident harbor freight is so close abd yep, I found the brand I like abd at nearly half the price you guys cost. I don't consider you an upscale store you used to be my go to for affordable stuff now you are less affordable every time o come in mostly because you have eliminated less expensive options yo carry one expensive brand with low quality products at high prices. His customer service is consistently excellent, and the respect and support he shows his staff is obvious the moment you walk through the door.
The entire team here is, without question, some of the best employees I’ve seen in any retail environment. Every staff member—whether at the counter or in the restaurant area—is friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to help. I’m always greeted with a smile and a hello, and it never feels forced. They treat customers like regulars even if it’s your first time in the store.
The store itself is always clean, organized, and well‑stocked, which speaks volumes about the pride the team takes in their work. No matter how busy it gets, the staff stays attentive, upbeat, and ready to assist with anything.
