“Delicious beef jerky! The employee was friendly, attentive, and helpful. She offered samples since they have a HUGE flavor selection. Definitely recommend this business over the others in the area (they were not friendly or helpful in my opinion).”
“This little store has grown on me, and I find myself coming in here at random at least a few times a month. Bread & Butter is kind of a cross between a co-op grocery and a convenience store, and somehow does a decent job at both.
You'll never get a full grocery selection in this tiny shop, but what goods they have are generally pretty good. The nicest surprise is that they don't price gouge, unlike similar boutique food stores. I buy regular food here on occasion and I never feel ripped off.
The attached liquor store is also nice.”
“I love their assortment of fresh flowers ,the international freezer section, and the cheese varieties.
Now, if they could just open a TraderJoe's further south.”
“THIS SHOP HAS THE BEST HIGH TEA IN COLORADO SPRINGS!The owners are the sweetest people who've put so much work into making an authentic, tasty, affordable high tea. This is perfect for kids and adults alike because the food is served on a beautiful tower tray and each item is thoughtfully made to be authentic and delicious. The food is always consistently tasty and something I crave, not to mention something my kids will actually eat! Don't skip the sausage roll or the scones and cream! The sandwiches are savory and filling, the scones and clotted cream are my absolute favorite, and the desserts are the perfect sized sweet treats to end your meal. We've been to just about every high tea Colorado Springs has and if you want one that is authentic, delicious, and affordable this is the one! Not to mention the shop itself is adorable and sells so many fun food items and merchandise. They sell a creamy earl grey tea that is the most amazing tea I've ever had. I go back here to buy it regularly! Book your high tea here and I promise you will be thrilled you did!”

“Nice store. Wide selection of reasonably priced Organic Foods, herbs, and spices. Even had quality reading glasses. Only down sound for me was they don't sell ice.”
“Random selection of expired or nearly expired candy, coffee, chips, dressings, various condiments, and drinks.
It is hit or miss, but it can be a treasure trove of offerings.”
“Tori in the deli was extremely helpful and made a great sandwich. Steve and Mario behind the meat counter hooked me up with a great selection of meats. The black truffle skewers were amazing. Amber was my cashier and was very friendly.”

“As someone with a lot of dietary restrictions, Natural Grocer’s has become one of my main stores for grocery shopping and vitamin/supplement needs. They have some unique finds, and the produce is always great, even if the selection isn’t as large as its competitors. It’s a tad pricier but signing up for rewards has helped with earning coupons and finding deals.”
“I like shopping at the commissary as the prices are very reasonable, especially on the meat. However, the woman that typically cashes us out seems very indignant about having someone bag for us and seems offended when we say we don't need a bagger. They only work for tips and we do not typically carry cash so we opt to do this ourselves. Overall good environment though and most employees are very friendly”

“Michael in the wine section is a gem! He was so knowledgeable about the wines when we made an inquiry that we bought three bottles instead of the one we intended to purchase. We loved the way the shelves were arranged as well. My husband and I will definitely seek him out when in Woodland Park again!”

“This was my first Whole Foods store and the experience has been delightful for 2 months now. I never find anything expired, the store is always clean, and the staff is great! Not to mention I don't have to really think as much of my food and where its sourced, won't have high fructose corn syrup, and how quality it is. It's always the best!”
“Huge commisary. Well stocked. Helpful and Efficient check out staff. One feed back the items displayed behind milk and eggs area was a huge choke point when we were there today (Saturday)”
“We were visiting Colorado Springs during Thanksgiving week. This market was close to our AirBnB and I pre-ordered Thanksgiving dinner meals of ham and turkey breast with the trimmings. It was very convenient to pick up and easy to heat up in our AirBnB that had full size oven, stove, and microwave.”
“This is by far the best pharmacy around here. They have the nicest employees.
North Union and Research location is the worst Safeway Pharmacy I have ever been to. That location always says they’re short handed and they never have your meds ready on time. Plus they hang up on their customers and have zero customer service skills whatsoever.
I had my wife and my mother switch their meds to this pharmacy.
I can’t say enough about how amazing these ladies are. I have never had a bad experience with them. Trust me this is the best pharmacy in Colorado Springs.
⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
“I wanna say, coming from a Mexican American, the tacos de barbacoa are amazing!!! The flour tortillas are sold under cooked. I’m guessing they are sold like that to finish cooking them at home with a comal. But those tortillas are exceptional!!! This restaurant always delivers!!!”
“Since the store renewal, I'm much happier with selection and the amount of stock items. I also really like Max, a cashier that works in the evenings. I have seen him around, but he is now my go-to cashier now that I've gotten to know him a bit. Give that man a bonus ?”
“It's all updated here at this gas station for Safeway but it's really bad when everyone is getting gas at the same time and they only have two window washers so you can't clean you glass while getting gas because they are all two being used they don't even have buckets of window cleaning water at the pumps”

“Was really excited about just getting a pickle when I seen the signs along the road. It's just canned pickled vegetables.. The pickled asparagus is pretty good. The pickles I had chosen has to many mustard seeds in it.”
“City Market is hands down the best grocery store in Woodland Park qnd Teller County. Phil and his team are the best! The produce is the best! And they have amazing deals.”
“Well October 16 ,2022 I went to buy a few things and cash a cheque for over. What's new I have been going there for eight years and cashing cheques. Anyways I was harassed and victimized. I was at the self check out and manager looked at my cheque for so long that I asked her if something was wrong . She then asked for ID no prob. She tried to run it at the self check out but did not know how and told me it could not be run there. I told her I had cashed cheques at self checkout many times. Then I suggested why not customer service. She said she was working there and to go to a register. When I got there Bud H told me my cheque would not go for over but that I could write a cheque for the exact amount.Victimize me some more and insult my intelligence. I said I would talk to the manager in the morning. Used a card and left. I then went home and called telecheque.no issues with my cheque what so ever . They flat out harassed and victimized me for no reason! My girlfriend with me had never seen such harassment in a store. They never ran of course my cheque through telecheques system I then called the manager and I was upset and told her I was coming down to write a cheque and she said no. I asked why and she told me I would find out in the morning as I said I was called the morning manager. I did call the morning manager and I guess the night manager was thinking I would not call because the morning manager knew nothing of it . At this point the morning manager will be talking to them and getting back with me . Last night I wrote a review on the BBB. If they are doing this to me I am not the only one . Hopefully action will be taken and this situation rectified. I am an elderly person and good customer of many years they did this to . How upset they made me with their mean spirited harassment was inexcusable. If action is not taken I will take further action.Well the manager Brad at the King Soopers on 815 Cheyenne Meadows Road in Colorado Springs went above and beyond to rectify this situation. Thank you Brad! For me personally though I have run into some rude people working there and this was the one that broke the camels back. I am just not happy or comfortable shopping there anymore. So to the night manager that caused this along with the rude cashier following her orders bravo I will barely be shopping there anymore.BRAVO.”
“Bakery/Deli is good (way better than King's) Prices are a bit high sometimes unless what I want is on sale, but they carry some items other stores don't.”
“Sue is my Hero! ??
It was our 20th anniversary, and we traveled from Albuquerque to Colorado Springs for a much-needed escape. Both my partner and I were recently laid off—my job at Verizon was sent overseas, and my partner lost theirs soon after. Our trip hit a rough patch when Google Maps led us down a steep road, causing some tension despite my all-wheel drive and snow tires.
Then came Sue—an absolute lifesaver! Without my reading glasses, I struggled to pick out flowers, but Sue stepped in, even though she didn’t work in the floral department. She helped me find the perfect travel-friendly vase, knowing we’d be heading back to Albuquerque after our four-day stay. She crafted a stunning bouquet, complete with a Starbucks cup of water and nutrients to keep it fresh. When I asked if she had done this before, she said no—and I was amazed because she worked with such skill and care.
Sue went above and beyond, rushing to help and making us feel truly special. She turned what could have been a stressful moment into a highlight of our trip. Sue, you didn’t just make a bouquet—you made our anniversary unforgettable. Thank you so much for your kindness and dedication!”
“I like our local Safeway as it is so close to our house. It’s an easy walk. I also find some good healthy food like Ezekiel bread and organic kale in a big bag.”
“I love Trader Joe's everything. This separated wine shop, located right next to the Trader Joe's store is no exception. I love that they offer so many bottles of wine, from so many different places around the world. They also have Trader Joe's brand wine, which is so cheap! I haven't tried any of the Trader Joe's brand wines, but I have tried some of Trader Joe's other alcohols and they have been good! On this most recent trip, we tried the premixed old fashioned. I had very low expectations, but it was surprisingly really good and only $20 for a bottle! They have wine, beer, a refrigerated section, hards, limoncello, flavored hards and mixers. It's great and the prices are so affordable! The workers didn't really talk to us, but we didn't need help wandering the aisles of alcohol and choosing a few that liked interesting.”
“Hidden gem that deserves more attention. Authentic food, very welcoming from a fellow kababayan and has all the main ingredients for a Pinoy household. Definitely will continue to support!”
“Good bargains. Gotta highlight that my bf and I bought a gummies package and they were the tasteless and most artificial candy we had tried. Days later, when we went to return them they showed no problem and were willing to give us something in return for it's price. That was great. ??On the other hand there were little to none gluten free options in the food aisle. That's something that really needs to be improved ?”
“Tubby’s sells things visitors to Manitou Springs actually need! Quite a rare thing amongst all the fudge and t-shirts. My friends and I dug the funky, vintage vibe, the clerk was friendly, and we were able to pick up some forgotten sundry items without driving all the way back to the grocery store.”
