“I had to go here to fill before I had to drive to northern Colorado. I went to an open spot, scanned my Sooper card only to have that pump freeze and give me a message to pay inside. I had to go to a different pump to fill my vehicle. Even though this wasn't a big issue it was a little irritating to have a pump freeze when I needed gas.”
“This is an awesome place. I've been going for years. Joe and Chris are the owners and they've done so much for this little community. The kids enjoy digging veggies and getting pumpkins.”

“Been here more times than I've visited Walmart since moving to Greeley. The place is organized and has a large variety of fish, spices and snacks. Customer service is always amazing despite the language barrier between myself and the owners. The entire store just brings me back home”

“I gave woods a four-star review however we were in the store the other day and we always get the cinnamon rolls they are delicious but since opening they quit putting the glaze on top of the cinnamon rolls so some of the girls would give us a little bit to take home so we could put it on the top yesterday the manager said no we can't do that she was very rude and said that we're not supposed to do that even though there was no glaze on the cinnamon rolls as they were in the very beginning. So she went back filled a container with the glaze sent a coworker out to give it to us we get to the check stone and realize she's charging us $4.99 for the glaze when the cinnamon rolls you get four of them for $5 it doesn't seem very practical and not very customer friendly and she said it was just powdered sugar and water why is powdered sugar and water caused almost as much as a cinnamon rolls minus a penny. I don't think I will continue to buy bakery items at this store due to the lack of customer support relations by your bakery manager. it will be sad because we love everything and we had a basket full of all kinds of bakery items and she's still talked down to us and was wanting to charge us $4.99 needless to say we did not take her up on the offer We will make our own at home

“I want to extend a special thank you to the older lady working Sunday night 2-18.
My car broke down (the starter, starteth not!), and I ended up having to sit there first to wait for a tow, then be told they couldn't get there till tomorrow. I live up by Fort Collins, and had to arrange for a ride.
This lady was extremely patient and kind, in a situation where I was already stresed out. Thanks in general to the management for letting my car remain overnight till I could get the tow.

“EXCELLENT TACOS! I moved to Greeley a bit over a year ago and found this shop. In addition to convenience store offerings as well as a butcher shop, they also make great tacos. And, best part? On Tuesday the tacos are only a buck each, which means I can get a good meal for less than3 dollars after tax. The staff has always been friendly and one of the kitchen staff now knows me, and when I walk in, he always knows what I'm going to order, 2 asada tacos on corn tortillas with green sauce. I think this will be one of my main places to go from now on. They also have other food that's pretty good as well..if you're hungry for tacos, this is a place I recommend. I'm retired US Navy and US Sailors know good chow when we get it.”

If you can plan to fill up there when you're almost empty and you buy a lot of stuff from King Soopers anyway (i.e. you rack up points) it's really a good discount. When I was looking for a gas station near me randomly the others (on Google maps) were priced at $3.70. This King Soopers was $2.59 (before my discount); BUT it could have been cheaper because I got regular unleaded and not mid-grade).”

I tend to shop at another store for my groceries due to the convenience of their location, but I will make the trip across town to buy my cakes from this specific Safeway because of the friendly staff and great service!”

“I have been using the king soopers pharmacy in Windsor for about a year and a half now, but something has changed there in a big big way within the last few months, and its not good!...
I've caught them lying to my face, repeatedly, putting their own instructions and notes in with my prescriptions saying that the doctor put these things in there; when in reality it was them and their power trip. I've caught them in many lies about this, and they have been making it extremely difficult for me to get my LIFE-SAVING medication at least 1 day before I run out, and among many other things. It's like they just have no patience anymore, customer service has completely gone out the window, they don't care about their patients, etc...
So... I just called over to this Greeley location, was immediately helped out with no issues; but also with such kindness and compassion! THANK YOU GUYS! 🥹
So this is my new pharmacy from now on.
I don't even care that I have to travel 20-30 minutes out of town every time, because it's worth it for the right pharmacy, and the right people!
Having to go to a pharmacy every 2 weeks or more in your life, makes that pharmacy, and those people, a big part of your life.
So how they treat you is a very big deal, and most don't seem to care, or even understand this fact, unfortunately. 🥺
I came here once before too just FYI. Sometime last year, when the Windsor location was out of stock of my meds, and I had a fantastic experience that time as well. No issues, great people, etc. 🙂”
