“Love this store and spend thousands of dollars there each year. Hate to give a bad review but i feel like people (owners) would appreciate the feedback. First off I'd like to say I'm probably one of the few younger folk that I ever see at the store and generally am looked at like I'm there to rob the place. Today I spent about 30 min sorting through the cherry lumber rack picking out around $400 worth of cherry and when I asked Terry for a ticket to pay for it, he hesitated and asked me if i actually wanted to buy it. Like i was sorting through an entire pallet of lumber for fun or something. When it came time to pay for the lumber and another $200 worth of merchandise Terry rang me up and didnt even have the decency to say thank you. I love woodcraft but am starting to not like this location. I don't usually write reviews unless I'm absolutely compelled. This situation is beyond my comprehension why anyone would have such an employee representing a business let alone woodworking and woodcraft.

“Couldn't be happier with this company. I tried the local well guy in town with much disappointment, quality well and pump came out the next day looked over the whole system, diagnosed the problems quickly and did the repairs in a timely manner. Everyone I talked to on the phone and dealt with in person was awesome. Only well company I'll bother calling from now on”
“This place is great. They have tool service which they can do some inhouse and if no t they will send the item out to the manufacturer. You can get most anything there for your construction needs. They are even supplying erosion control items now.”

“I left a bad review five plus years ago (which I just deleted) and I started going back to this store a few years ago and the knowledge and service has been good since I came back. Today, I replaced a bad battery and the guy behind the counter went above and beyond what I expected. I'm very glad to call this Napa, a regular stop now.”
