Had a part go out on a roadtrip heading out of state, the people up at Mountain Chevrolet in Glenwood Springs were just trying to get as much money out of me as possible knowing I was hours away from home. Called Nick knowing he’d give me the honest truth about the condition of my car and sure enough he did! The dealership couldn’t get the part I needed for a week, Nick was able to get it in two days! Plus he didn’t charge me an arm and a leg and was able to squeeze me into their busy schedule knowing my circumstances. Andy was very thorough in explaining the function of the part that went out and I even showed me where it was. “Just wanted to post some positive feedback here, especially for my fellow cross country travelers who would sooner pick the larger truck stops closer to the highway. 99 cent coffee, definitely open 24 hours, discounts on fuel which make an already cheaper diesel price even better just for joining their rewards, and attendants who believed more in kindness and safety then chasing you off property right after you fill up. Good experience.”
