“Alan knew I wouldnt be able to bring my pressure washer their for service and he still provided so much patience and time to help me trouble shoot my issue. Simpsons warranty is a little misleading and alan helped me understand what is and isnt covered better than simpson did. 5/5 would recommend for equipment rentals.
