“I came to this location with a unique issue that required fraud prevention to be involved. Although my issue was not resolved, the entire team assisted me during the 4 hours I was there. From Jason attempting numerous times to have an ESIM tied to the phone, to Brandon assisting me an hour after his shift ended, to Chris giving me his personal phone number ensuring me this issue will be resolved on his day off. This staff truly cares about their customers and I will be sending my clients, friends, and family to this location for new purchases and upgrades. “I was contemplating switching service from Verizon to ATT in order to switch from IPhone 17 pro to Samsung Flip 8. I worked with Marshall at ATT. I can not say enough good things about my experience with Marshall. He explained the possible options, did not try to up sell me on any other products or services. I decided to have ATT buy out my 17 pro at Verizon and got the Flip 8 at ATT. I only had the Flip 8 for 3 days and realized it was not the phone for me. Marshall made it very easy to return Flip and set up service with my 17 pro.
And yes, the same service I had at Verizon is $30 cheaper at Verizon. Verizon had been charging me $19 per month for insurance that I never requested and after thanking me for my loyalty were going to cancel the $10 per phone credit in October. So much for loyalty !
