“Ive been to this T-Mobile store a few times. Tonight I went in to buy a couple accessories and turn in my old phone for my new one. I was helped by an amazing mobile expert Xristian Faave. When going through my account there was an issue that he spotted. He took care of the problem and explained what was going to happen, and he would follow up soon. Great experience and bravo on excellent customer service, I felt more like a guest to the t-mobile family!”

“Dan, who works at the electronics section, is awesome! He is knowledgeable about electronics. I told him what I wanted to accomplish with my laptop, which was connecting two monitors to it. Initially, he recommended a $90 product that could have worked. However, he asked me some more probing questions and saved me some money by recommending a $14 connector instead that would actually do the same thing since I had the right ports on my laptop. He could have just sold me the $90 product but he put the customer first. If you have any questions about electronics, ask Dan. He is Honest, knowledgeable and friendly. The man deserves a raise!”
