From Jason attempting numerous times to have an ESIM tied to the phone, to Brandon assisting me an hour after his shift ended, to Chris giving me his personal phone number ensuring me this issue will be resolved on his day off. This staff truly cares about their customers and I will be sending my clients, friends, and family to this location for new purchases and upgrades. I advise others to keep in mind that this store sees a lot of people who aren't particularly tech-savvy and therefore take a bit longer.
