“The staff were kind. Be aware that when you go to pay for the passport application they will warn you that normal processing takes up to 18 weeks, WAY LONGER than it states on the government website. They’ll offer you an option to pay an additional $60 to cut that down to 12 weeks, which is still longer than the government website advised.”
“Great experience with passport submission for our kids. They tell you the paperwork you need before you wait in line to get up to the counter. Yes it’s a long wait (especially on a Saturday) but the staff is efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly.”
