“Chris performed work on my son's car approximately 5 months ago. The part failed and Chris helped out with the warranty work for the repair. The shop where my son took his vehicle did not participate in this warranty program but the warranty program covers the original cost. He currently lives in a different part of the state and everything was taken care of because Twisted Wrench participating in this program. Chris was very helpful and responsive. I appreciate his attentiveness and customer service.”

“Andersens has been servicing our Volvos for at least 6 years. Always courteous, helpful, trustworthy and reliable, cost is fair. Most recently Firestone in Evergreen lost my tire locks/key (went to Firestone in a pinch, mistake, Firestone lost my tire key while installing snow tires) but the bottom line is that Andersen’s worked kindly, patiently, helpfully to resolve this ( they couldn’t complete my brake work, due to Firestone error, until I had a new set from dealer). Had a loaner from Andersens even. They made a lot of phone calls on my behalf to assist. Prior to the brake appointment they reviewed the brakes at last minute to ensure I was safe to drive as I had dashboard notification right before Christmas). Andersens is a “true gem” business whose focus is on customer safety, experience and value. And the front office is kind and helpful too!”

“I received a detailing at Eddy's as a gift. I was a little doubtful as my 4Runner is twelve years old and shows it. Eddy did an amazing job that just blew me away. The exterior is sparkling and under the hood looks like the day it left the factory. The really impressive part is how he cleaned the interior. It's not just clean, but spotless - not a grain of dirt or smudge anywhere. Every nook and cranny from the driver's seat to the cargo compartment is immaculate. “I pulled in here right after noon and even though most were on lunch, Casey came right outside and offered to take a quick look at what was going on. My wiper fluid wasn't spraying and I didn't know whether it froze or there was a fuse or motor issue. I couldn't leave my car for it to be check out later because I had my dog with me. The woman at the desk was also incredibly gracious and understanding. It took Casey barely 3 minutes to figure out it was frozen and helped me to get it unblocked. I'd parked overnight outside at A Basin and it had gotten well below freezing, so it made sense! Saved me a ton of time from making an appointment somewhere and dropping it off. Really scary not having wiper fluid spraying on I-70.”
