“Brought my Lexus LX570 which had been rear ended here for repairs. The accident crushed part of the bumper and crumpled some of the structural metal of the body behind the bumper, in doing so it bent up the hinges and mount points for the rear lift gate. In other words, it was a fairly complex repair involving moving and automatic parts. They worked with my insurance and got everything masterfully repaired. On any incident like this one involving a lift gate or moving part, you’re always worried about alignment and proper operation of the automatic features after the repairs. Well put away your fears and bring your vehicle to Onel’s, my complex repairs were done great, everything works like new, and no details were overlooked. I cut a deal with them to take care of some additional items outside of the insurance scope of work, when I came to pick up the truck I noticed they had actually done WAY MORE work than what I had paid them to do at no additional charge. There was also a repair paid for by my insurance that wasn’t necessary, so when I picked up my car they actually cut me a check back for the small item that didn’t need to be done.These guys want happy customers, they put in the legwork and go the extra mile even when they don’t have to. God forbid I have another accident anytime soon, but if I do I would go out of my way to come back to these guys. Even if I moved to the other side of Denver.”

They are a pleasure to deal with and they provide exceptional service. Every single person I've encountered at this company has been extremely pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. I frankly found this shocking after some experiences with competitors. All of my questions were happily and completely answered at once. All of the issues with the vehicle and every part of the process were clearly explained. This company provides twice a week status reports via text as a matter of course. This is a win-win for everyone. The company receives far fewer customer inquiries and the customers are always fully informed. A large construction truck had backed into us. What seemed like minor damage became far more complex once the front end of the car was taken apart. Fortunately the other party's insuror was very responsive, but Perry & Terry was extremely efficient in submitting the information for two supplemental repair requests so that the work was not delayed. I was also very surprised when they went to Toyota Parts before we brought the vehicle to their shop to ensure there would be no delays while they waited for parts. I've never found another shop willing to do this. Perry & Terry estimated the work would take five weeks. This was very tight for us because we needed the car for guests arriving at that time from overseas. They actually completed the work in just over four weeks, despite the additional issues that were found. The finished work is immaculate and the vehicle operates perfectly. Most body shops act like the insurance company is their customer and treat the owner of the car as an annoyance. Perry & Terry understands who their customer really is and treats them with respect. I would never even consider another body shop after this experience. These guys are terrific.”

“Have come to Prestige 3-4 times to have my car serviced in the past couple of years and am always impressed with the first-class customer service! Most recently I had to have my taillight replaced. I was quoted ~$400 for the part and $100 per hour for the labor. I was able to pre-purchase the part since they had it in store and they kept it/stored the part until I was able to make a service appointment. After they replaced the light (and washed my car), I tried to pay for the labor and they said they weren't going to charge me! What a pleasant surprise! This was just one instance of them going above and beyond. They will even drive you or pay for your Lyft if you need to leave your car for an extended period of time. Everyone working in the Service department is super friendly and helpful. If you have an Audi or Porsche, take it to Prestige. They will take great care of you!”
