“I could not overstate how fabulous the folks are over at Golden Coach Works, I have worked with them for decades. For example: back in the massive hail storm of 2017 here in Golden. I had just bought a brand new Grand Cherokee, it got pummeled! They did a Superb job repairing the damage and getting the vehicles back to me on time. But most importantly. This last year I noticed there was bubbling of rust in one of the areas that was repaired so I took it back to them and they proceeded to fix it for free. They also touched up some of the other paint chips that had happened over the last eight years and detailed the whole car. So impressive.

“Gas tank had to be flushed due to 50% water in fuel when filled up at Evergreen King Soopers gas station. I was told the process was labor intensive but I didn’t expect $1800 bill. All was very professional but I was without a vehicle for ~48 hours because no loaner cars were available.”
“Have come to Prestige 3-4 times to have my car serviced in the past couple of years and am always impressed with the first-class customer service! Most recently I had to have my taillight replaced. I was quoted ~$400 for the part and $100 per hour for the labor. I was able to pre-purchase the part since they had it in store and they kept it/stored the part until I was able to make a service appointment. After they replaced the light (and washed my car), I tried to pay for the labor and they said they weren't going to charge me! What a pleasant surprise! This was just one instance of them going above and beyond. They will even drive you or pay for your Lyft if you need to leave your car for an extended period of time. Everyone working in the Service department is super friendly and helpful. If you have an Audi or Porsche, take it to Prestige. They will take great care of you!”

“Okay...I went there for an estimate on my 2016 Toyota Highlander which I had driven on dirt roads with...damaging the front passenger lower bumper with the fog light partially detached...I was greeted by Keeston at the front desk who was super friendly!!! She had great customer skills...a role model for customer service...Joshua Mendez/General Manager came out and said he could fix it! I was delighted...then he said he could fix it while I was there...he was super nice and friendly...he fixed it right away and did a fantastic job!!!
