“As a landscape architect, this place is fabulous. I could spend hours looking at their seed wall, the garden accessories, hummingbird and bird feeders, outdoor furniture, bird baths, indoor plants and so much more. They do get very busy and their selections and variety go FAST for outdoor plants come May. Very popular for a reason, the staff is incredibly helpful and kind. Slightly higher priced than the Home Depot or Lowe’s garden centers but quality is what you are getting.”

“We love coming for Christmas trees and Santa! The tree guys are fantastic with kids and super helpful.
Unfortunately, we'd like to make the managers aware that the cashier with purple hair wasn't the most welcoming. We waited at the counter to be checked out, and the cashier looked at us, looked at her phone, and completely ignored us while we held out our tree tag. I felt bad for her coworker who had to run across the store to help us instead. We called the store, but no managers were present at the time. Hopefully she was just having a bad day and this isn't a recurring problem.”
“Working with Hannah made this whole experience so much more enjoyable than I thought possible! She gave me a tour (including some animal sightings 😉), she answered all of my questions, and went above and beyond to assist me with all my nuances! Overall great selection of tropical plants, I am very happy with the plants I found for my clients.

If need be they will usually offer great suggestions that can be of help. As an all thumbs single woman I couldn't manage without Home Depot. It's even a great place to buy orchids sometimes.”

The only problem was with some misleading information about filling up the tank. I was informed that I would be refunded whatever I filled up the tank with and I just needed to bring the receipt in. Turns out this was wrong. During checkout the woman working there tried to tell me it would be refunded separately? It made no sense but after a few minutes of trying to get more clarification I gave up and left. The woman was not able to refund me like she promised and this didn’t surprise the other rental worker who was able to straighten things out a few weeks later when I went to ask for the refund.
Good, affordable rental for a short haul. DO NOT FILL UP THE TANK.”
“We bought a bathtub and the remodel took longer than expected. When it was time to install the tub we realized that is was the wrong handed. It was over a year old. We returned it to the store and the store manager went above and beyond. We got a store credit which was more than we paid (the price went up over the year). Couldn't be happier with the customer service we received. Even the customer service representative was helpful and did everything they could to try to return it before calling the store manager.”
“We want to thank Tanya, Kitchen Designer at store #1514 for all the hard work she put into designing our kitchen. We had gone to several other kitchen design places, (some we even paid a small fee, to) before we settled on Home Depot, because we were skeptical of going to a "big box" store for this big of a home project. We found the specialized Kitchen Design places continually trying to upsell their products and services because they worked on commission. Other Kitchen Design places didn't want to take the time to listen to want we wanted but wanted us to make quick decisions so they could move on to another client and more commissions. However, Tanya, Kitchen Designer at Home Depot #1514, took time to really listen to our wants and needs and did her best to design the kitchen with that in the forefront of her mind. She was always responsive when we had a question or concern. We are nearing our project completion and couldn't be happier with our kitchen and the help we received from Tanya, Kitchen Designer at the Alameda and Pierce store in Lakewood.”
“I've been using the soil from this company for years, and I adore it. Pro Topsoil is a really wonderful new mixture that has been pre-mixed with the ideal quantity of compost, humus, and topsoil and is ready for planting. Its organic nature is wonderful. Perfect for producing my organic vegetables at 8000 feet in my garden. One year, I even planted corn at this elevation. I heartily endorse this business. If you want to visit their store to make a bulk buy, call to make sure they have what you need. Buy in bulk to save money! Enjoy your garden!”
“We drove an hour and a half to pickup an order from Lowe’s only to find out that the items were not actually in stock despite everyone’s computers showing 122 as being available. My wife spent almost two hours in Lowe's trying to sort it all out only to come home empty handed. I asked her to request lowe’s to deliver the item to us and she was told that we’d have to call back another day to make those arrangements. Ironically we then ordered the exact same item from this HD… and they had the exact same problem… only 10 in stock when we needed 25. The difference? The HD manager (Jeff) immediately arranged for delivery to our jobsite from the DC. Actually it was even faster than the next business day, he arranged delivery on Memorial Day… a holiday. That was a lot of wasted time and effort trecking to Lowe’s for this item we needed… and you can see the side by side difference as to Lowe’s vs. HD’s resolution. Lowe’s added another todo for another day (which is busy enough already)… HD got it done.”
