“We drove an hour and a half to pickup an order from Lowe’s only to find out that the items were not actually in stock despite everyone’s computers showing 122 as being available. My wife spent almost two hours in Lowe's trying to sort it all out only to come home empty handed. I asked her to request lowe’s to deliver the item to us and she was told that we’d have to call back another day to make those arrangements. Ironically we then ordered the exact same item from this HD… and they had the exact same problem… only 10 in stock when we needed 25. The difference? The HD manager (Jeff) immediately arranged for delivery to our jobsite from the DC. Actually it was even faster than the next business day, he arranged delivery on Memorial Day… a holiday. That was a lot of wasted time and effort trecking to Lowe’s for this item we needed… and you can see the side by side difference as to Lowe’s vs. HD’s resolution. Lowe’s added another todo for another day (which is busy enough already)… HD got it done.”
“Amazing service and great people. These guys are the best in town. Every person I have had the pleasure of dealing with has been nothing short of amazing. Our main sales rep, Nick Phillips is as good as they come. Very attentive and incredibly fast. One call into Nick and I have everything I asked for (other than high lead-time items like custom flashing/drip-edge of course) by next day, and sometimes same day depending on how early I call. This is crucial on the fast-paced, large-scale, multifamily projects. 10/10 would highly recommend.”

“I needed double sided tape. Was assisted by an employee for a solution. That quick. In and out. I had to use gorilla double sided tape for a home project. My process was this, place regular masking tape first, then place the gorilla double sided tape onto the masking tape, (much easier to remove). This worked fine. With double sided thin tape (was not available) but is the preferred method for routing out a baseplate on my home made router table.”

“Rented a van to move some lumber. Very helpful staff that was able to help me out.
The only problem was with some misleading information about filling up the tank. I was informed that I would be refunded whatever I filled up the tank with and I just needed to bring the receipt in. Turns out this was wrong. During checkout the woman working there tried to tell me it would be refunded separately? It made no sense but after a few minutes of trying to get more clarification I gave up and left. The woman was not able to refund me like she promised and this didn’t surprise the other rental worker who was able to straighten things out a few weeks later when I went to ask for the refund.
Good, affordable rental for a short haul. DO NOT FILL UP THE TANK.”
