“This is a very conveniently located storage space if you’re around Sloan Lake or the Highlands. Julie is amazing and extremely helpful with anything you may need. She was able to answer all of my questions and made the transition in and out seamless. Clean spaces and easy access. Would highly recommend if you’re around the area.”
“Friendly helpful staff. Very clean, I have had a unit at Redrocks self storage for 2 years without any problems. Easy on line access to payments. They seem to always be running some kind of deal, very affordable and easy access. I feel the place is safe well ventilated and my belongings don’t have any type of odor.”

“2+ years.Extra Space Storage on Mississippi Ave in Lakewood, Co, is my best storage rental experience, by far!Megan, (I think she is the site manager) is a pleasure to interact with.The huge ex-office building is clean, and has secured doors, and there are cameras in the hallways.I had many of my stored items ruined (Different facility, Different Company)when my previous storage unit flooded, but get this! the *Other Company* *knew* it would flood, and didn't tell me, because it was the last available unit, and they wanted the money.That unit was in one of those large metal sheds that sit on an uneven asphalt lot, and anyone can walk onto the lot, and right up to your unit.EXTRA SPACE STORAGE in Lakewood, on Mississippi Ave has been my best, over-all, self experience.”
“Katie was so fun. Rhonda too! Love this place. It is the storage unit for our community organization that helps people with limited mobility (mostly wheelchair users) in accessing the back country, trails and summits. We wouldn't use any other facility!”

“Tony is AWESOME. He secured us a storage unit that fit our needs, and he was so helpful, clear, and kind throughout the process. Definitely went above and beyond. Really appreciate working with him!Only reason for one less star is an original system mix-up; I had signed a lease for an outside drive-up unit (necessary for motorcycle storage without draining the tank), but I believe it was incorrectly coded/labeled in the system, so the process took slightly longer than anticipated to secure the correct unit. However, as mentioned above, Tony immediately helped us navigate the issue and got us into an outside drive-up unit in less than a week AND made sure we were happy with it.I believe they fixed the issue in the system, but just wanted to share with any potential customers to double check that the unit is an outside drive-up if you need one.”

“I purchased a mini storage unit building and built it myself. Everything went smother than I expected, all materials were present and extras of everything where shipped, even organized very well. Everything was cut accurately and designed to be easily assembled. Detailed plans and drawings were easy to understand. Regency definitely has a quality building and stick to a schedule. Ryan was able to answer all my questions quickly and walk me through the ordering process. I have never built a steel building and didn't have to ask any questions throughout the construction process which speaks to drawings supplied and materials used. Part of our mission is also keep individuals in their appartments, under sub section 8. Bridging Over has worked with an individual for two years as of this June of this year..This individual over a year ago was close to being evected had it not been for Bridging Over steping in and the help with Extra Space Storage being in our corner . He would had lost all of his personal effects.Today I met with Mr. Gonzalez, as it was determined that our client was told Bridging Over would be required to down size the present Storage located at E.S.S.
