I had the pleasure of speaking with Sara (or Sarah) who was absolutely excellent in noting my specific preferences (including hypoallergenic bedding and even arranging for a tea kettle!). Her friendly, thoughtful approach has made me feel genuinely excited and cared for as I look forward to my upcoming visit.”
“We had the best five day staying at Lumiere. The service was impeccable. The room and the Residences are wonderful. The staff were so helpful the boys from black-tie could bend over backwards to do anything for you in the Ski VALET. The breakfast service was fantastic and the selection was great. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.”

“We have stayed at the Madeline a couple of times and throughly enjoyed. Unfortunately the price point has become outrageous enough that we don’t stay anymore. But we do come for the day & get a massage & then enjoy the gorgeous pool which is one of my favorites anywhere. The beauty is unmatched and we love to pamper ourselves with the comfy lounge chairs - a bevie and great service.”

“Everything about this place is extraordinary. The location is prime, the Telluride gondola station is just few meters, intact 10 steps from the hotel entrance. The property is clean, beautifully decorated and maintained. The rooms were all big, clean beautiful with all amenities. The attached balcony for our room# 205 was exceptional with great views of the mountain. The heated pool and the steam room are perfect to compliment this hotel. Overall, it was a great decision to reserve my stay here. I will easily recommend this property to everyone asking for one in Telluride.
They have a big basement parking which is a big plus. Everything in the town is at a walking distance. The breakfast was OK. Coffee is available through the day on 2nd floor. This town is a Dog paradise with numerous dogs with both on and off lease - lovely creatures.”

“Location is not only beautiful but convenient. The rooms were updated and the restaurant on site was the best of our trip. Jets on the tubs are out & parking is valet only; needs a little work. Everyone was friendly and the shuttle was convenient. There is a heated pool, hot tub, and lockers with keys.Safety: Extremely safe, pet-friendly and quiet after a certain time.”
