“We had the best five day staying at Lumiere. The service was impeccable. The room and the Residences are wonderful. The staff were so helpful the boys from black-tie could bend over backwards to do anything for you in the Ski VALET. The breakfast service was fantastic and the selection was great. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.”

“I recently had a 2-night stay at the only 5-star hotel in Telluride. I like the location in Mountain Village which was nice and peaceful. It is near the center of Mountain Village right next to Fairmont. Valet was the biggest flaw, often had to wait 20 minutes for cars to clear. However rooms was spotless and clean, very high-tech too because the TV is in the mirror! The bathroom is also huge and spacious. Dining at both restaurants were fantastic and the waitstaff were super friendly. Receptionists also welcome guests with welcome drinks and also exit drinks too! Overall very memorable stay.”

“Everything about this place is extraordinary. The location is prime, the Telluride gondola station is just few meters, intact 10 steps from the hotel entrance. The property is clean, beautifully decorated and maintained. The rooms were all big, clean beautiful with all amenities. The attached balcony for our room# 205 was exceptional with great views of the mountain. The heated pool and the steam room are perfect to compliment this hotel. Overall, it was a great decision to reserve my stay here. I will easily recommend this property to everyone asking for one in Telluride.

They have a big basement parking which is a big plus. Everything in the town is at a walking distance. The breakfast was OK. Coffee is available through the day on 2nd floor. This town is a Dog paradise with numerous dogs with both on and off lease - lovely creatures.”

The property itself is magical. The views are breathtaking, with stunning mountain scenery in every direction. Waking up to that landscape each day was unforgettable. The food was also fantastic—everything we had was fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared.

One of the biggest highlights was the convenience. The ski-in access made our trip seamless and stress-free, and the free gondola made it incredibly easy to get to and from downtown Telluride. Exploring downtown was such a great experience—charming, lively, and full of character.

Overall, Mountain Lodge Telluride was a combination of comfort, location, and unforgettable atmosphere. We loved every minute of our stay and can’t wait to come back!”
